multiplayer crashes after starting the match

opengl3 renderer, nvidia geforce gt630m, i5-3210m, win 7, 16 gb ram

i've seen 4 reports here with the same problem almost a month ago, but no responce from the dev team in them

also some crash logs (russian language, sorry if thats inconvenient)

Hi! Are your graphics drivers up to date? I looked up your graphics card and it's almost 13 years old and unfortunately graphics cards older than 10 years old have a harder time running the game in general.

If you are already running the game via OpenGL, there's not much we can do
