#Interface text doesn't render properly pls help

I really hope this issue falls under the mp category because i first encountered it while playing with a friend
So everything was fine up until a few days ago when the interface text started displaying weirdly and the audio just disappeared completely
Like for example item descriptions are now just "[item] desc" and the burner phone no longer gives out info, it just says "sequence[number]".
The dialogue and question prompts are now just one word sentences, like for example when the dealer asks to sign the waiver he just says "waiver" and thats it
All of the multiplayer buttons also have "mp_ui" prefix i dont think its supposed to be that way
The latest session log is attached below and ill drop the screenshots separately

Pc specs:
OS: Windows 10 64bit
RAM 6 gb
CPU Intel Core i5-7200U CPU @ 2.50GHz 2.71 GHz

Ok ive reinstalled the game but its just the same nothing has been fixed

Then go to installed files and lcick verifiy integrity of game files^

It says all 2 files successfully validated
I dont really understand how its broken like that the visuals are just as intended its plain text and audio

what next do i do after hitting find just download the latest update?

ive installed the driver and restarted the pic but the issue still persists, however the errors in the logs have changed

also is opengl supposed to be set to false and the first few settings in the settings paragraph supposed to be set to null?
