Does this count? Not sure, but I'm making a forum to ramble about a comic I'm making that's heavily inspired off of buckshot roulette, funny story, it was supposed to be a joke comic until I got attached to the character I made, so uh.

So this comic is made by me, my sister, and some friends! There isn't exactly a main character since I'm planning on the comic having the whole casts stories but if I had to choose, it would be Lilith :3
Lilith is the dealer in this story, and the player is a character named Tangle, and OC from my friend

Random facts about my comic
DAY 1!!!!

Lilith, the main character, is terrified of things like children and small pets, why? Shes scared of taking care of things, with her being violent by nature(considering her job) shes worried she'll end up being too harsh with the child or pet, or avoid it too much out of fear!
HOWEVER, She had ended up rescuing a stray kitten which she tried to give to her sister and a few friends, but the cat was stuck with her, so new she has a cute tabby cat that sits on her shoulder named kitty!(short for hello kitty)

A bit of an info dump while I make the final designs of the main-ish characters

So in the actual buckshot roulette game it's hinted at that God is dead, heavens destroyed, yada yada, WELL, while writing and doing some world building, I took advantage of this.

One of the characters in the comic is an angel named Fritz(they go by they/them or it/it's because over time it becomes less angel like and more of an entity) Fritz's main job is to find those who recently perished and take them to the afterlife, however, after the death of God, it took it as a way to gain power, with no one in the way of it becoming, I guess a new God, it decided to start taking souls to gain power to make its way up into a sort of god, how does it do this? Well, what it does is it goes to collect the souls of the recently perished, and it asks the souls a very simple question.

"Do you want a second chance at life?"
Most people accept this offer quickly and without think and without properly reading over the contract before signing it. What this contract does is basically turn you into a servant or puppet to Fritz, giving it full control to do whatever it wishes with you since the contact is a sort of mix of a binding and a general release contract, it frees Fritz of any responsibility over any harm or trauma done to you during your time with this contract, whether it literally tosses you off a plane with its bare hands, or shove should into traffic.

With this contract and giving your soul to Fritz, it turns you into a void entity, aka, what Lilith is(SEE?? SEE????? I'M SMART, I'M TYING EEEEVERYTHING TOGETHER) However, her situation with the contract is a bit.... Different. To not spoil too much, basically, she didn't sign the contract herself, it was a sort of.... Favor. wink wink wink

Disturbing/creepy character facts edition!!
(slight TW for gorey stuff, a lot for the characters mentioned are undead.)

1. Lilith and the music box. Lilith has an old music box that her mother gave her when she was no older then a toddler. Now it's probably one of the only things she has from her child hood aside from a mostly burned photo book. However, a lot of people have seen her stop using the music box, thats because with her being a void entity, she lodged the music box in her heartspace to keep it safe. Tho a lot of people do hear her fall eerily silent and that music box starts playing... Thats because the years in her chest sometimes accidentally winds the musicbox, and it starts playing. Doesn't take away from how creepy it is to be in the club after hours and hear and old music box randomly play army dreamers.

2. Michaels shattered wings. Micheal is ALSO a void entity, however, due to lore(SPOILER: ||Micheal WAS an angel, however, he tried to stand up against Fritz since he didn't like Fritz's plan to take souls to become strong enough to replace God, Micheal was executed, his wings smashed with hammers and cut off, and he was beheaded||) he's not seen often since he's stuck with Fritz, being a sort of bodyguard. BBBUTT, void entities will always have this sort of scare tactic to make themselves seem bigger and scarier then they really are(more info on that later......) Michaels scare tactic is a pair of wings that don't ACTUALLY work since they're made out of void substance(it's basically a liquid form of void that's slimey. If I touched it irl I would evaporate, I hhHAAATTEEE slimey things.) But if you look close enough at Michaels fake wings, you can see bits and pieces of bone from his real wings.

For anyone who's curious:

NO, this comic will NOT be a comedy comic, YES, it will cover serious topics, especially ones I don't see enough representation for.

This means it'll talk about harassment people such as waiters/waitresses, bartenders, and entertainers receive within their work place, the struggles of a celebrity, the reality of living in a bad town(or in other words, the hood, I live in the hood, so I'll be speaking from experience)

And over serious topics, which if you don't want to read any of this when it's published, then you might just want to stick around for the mini comics that are for more comedic properties..
