i believe these are the main criteria for targeting players in playing Buckshot Roulette Multiplayer to exist
1. Shooting the one with the most Lives Can keep the game fair but may not be the most optimal way to play to win
2. Shooting the one with the least amount of lives Faster games but may cause psychological damage to players to quit the game since they can't play the game decently for having less lives
3. Shooting or stealing on players with great items (Saw, Turn Skipper, Cigarette, Magnifying Glass, Adrenaline) Fair games, Optimal Game, Risk Management
4. Shooting the players that got a win Fair-ish, Optimal Game, Keep a player from being the wealthiest
**5. Grudge Shooting ** Shooting players who have been targeting you too often
6. Buckshot Roulette Shooting or sabotaging a player by random for no reason without regards for winning or losing
7. Bully ShootingActively targeting just one player to make their experience miserable
It's better to mix these criteria together if you want to win, keep a player from winning twice or chaotic

I may have abused a possible bug to get the full house achievement. When I was force quitting the game to reroll for better items on the 1st round I noticed the dealer stopped making me sign the contract and would just say "..." After I noticed this I played until the 3rd round and was almost certainly about to die, so I restarted again. However, instead of taking me to the 1st round, the same thing happened again and I started on the 3rd round instead (the music was even different). This was actually really good for me since the 3rd round has no item reset so I could start the 4th round after doubling with extra items for a higher chance to get all of them quicker. I could also just restart the 3rd round whenever I wanted if I didn't feel confident going into the 4th round. Also, when I beat the 3rd round, I won 70K. So it seems like the timer that decreases the amount of money you'd win never actually started since I never signed the contract.
I have no idea how this happened since I can't seem to replicate it. Might have been a really rare race condition or something.

Here’s how cuffs could be brought into multiplayer and also add a new interesting mechanic
Cuffs no longer prevents a player turn but instead limits their movement. If a player places the cuffs on somebody else, that person cannot shot said player for their turn due to the awkward chains. But it doesn’t stop them from doing anything else.
