Yes, beating the game first try is normal enough. First round is the hardest one, being purely luck-based with no real strategy to it aside from "don't shoot yourself, idiot".

Double or Nothing does this:

• Makes Dealer's moves more reasonable (he actually tracks shells instead of picking the target randomly);
• Adds four new items into the rotation (inverter, burner phone, adrenaline, expired medicine);
• Starts distributing items in the very first round instead of waiting until round 2;
• Changes the max amount of item duplicates in your inventory (to 2 in most cases);
• Changes how you earn money (your reward is based on how fast you beat the first 3 rounds and is unaffected by your use of items).

Yeah I agree, updates are definitely going to be released, especially since the Buckshot Roulette ARG is still ongoing and not completely solved yet, so they obviously aren't done doing things with the game. But, they will at some point in the future, stop flinging out updates for this game. But at the same time, in my opinion, this is Mike Klubnika's golden egg and one of Critical Reflex's golden eggs, and they might want to keep that same energy going until it eventually becomes less trendy as most games do.

But I definitely foresee Buckshot Roulette getting some updates, especially with the Multiplayer, some QoL updates, and updates on the ARG.

I hope we get some Multiplayer updates though, that would be nice. Especially with some updated match settings, that'd be so hard.
