weirdly the game calculates the total cash to start at $70,000, then it subtracts 200 x cigs smoked, then subtracts 1.5 x mL of beer, then if more than 2 doors were kicked, it subtracts 1000 x doors kicked, which includes the 2 doors at the start, so its like a 2k buy-in lol

Yeah, you're free to make your own tabletop games based on Buckshot, as long as it's not for profit.

The way I do it, I've got 4 copies of each item in the deck and the player is limited to having 2 copies of any given item at most. If you draw a card you already have 2 of, you discard it and draw another.
You're also limited to having 2 healing items at a time. So if you have, say, cigarettes and medicine, you can't accept any more healing cards, drawing replacements for them.
And, of course, you can have 8 items max. Same rule as in the original game.

4 copies of each of the 9 items + 16 charge cards = 52 cards. Standard deck size. Fun coincidence.

For my version I resorted to a Java program for handling most of the randomization, since preparing a loadout takes time and I wanted to streamline the process as much as possible. There are also no shell cards with the way I've designed things.
This little bit of code lets a third person act as the dealer and oversee the game between two players.

when i start a round, i write down the number of lives and blanks (ex. 3L 4B) and then draw circles totaling the amount of shells. as shells are revealed, i note what they are, and i cross them out as theyre ejected.

yeah theres a multiplayer mod thats pretty sweet, its not perfect and its missing adreline and expired medicine at the moment because they require ALOT more coding and need to be reworked way more than anything else did, but the dev said hopefully he'll fix it soon, all in all its better than nothin/something till the legit one comes out

I see your point but I’m referring to the actual playtime of the game not the running time that the platform like Steam or Xbox shows, if the game can calculate how long it takes to finish a round/game by subtracting your earnings it should also tally the play time that it takes for you to make all the decisions and choices

That is a good point which is why I think an afk system should be in place, if a player doesn’t make a decision in let’s say about 6 min the lights would cut and the player would be sent back to the lobby and no additional game time would be added to the in game timer as the playtime should be calculated when actually playing/interacting with things this can be done as the game determines our score based on how fast or slow we win

weirdly the game calculates the total cash to start at $70,000, then it subtracts 200 x cigs smoked, then subtracts 1.5 x mL of beer, then if more than 2 doors were kicked, it subtracts 1000 x doors kicked, which includes the 2 doors at the start, so its like a 2k buy-in lol

double or nothing mode you start off with $70k at the start of the first round, but you lose $40k every 10 mins or $200 every 3 seconds however you wanna look at it

-install BRMLsetup.exe and make sure to check create desktop shortcut
-then go to your documents folder and there should be a buckshot roulette folder
-then simply drop the GlitchedData-MultiPlayer zip file in the mods folder in the buckshot roulette folder in documents
-then use the new Buckshot Roulette BRML shortcut on the desktop to open the game, click the computer in the bathroom and create a username
if it worked out you should then see a screen on the computer that says

_players_online

and thats it...

Returning to this game after a bit and didn't have it downloaded, was there an update that could've purged saves as mine is gone (as there is no pill container nor TV)?
