Often a lobby not starting is just because the host is being silly and isn't pressing the start button. And occasionally it's caused by a version mismatch between the host and one of the players.
Joining with a lobby code is simple. You copy a recent code from #│lfg-room-codes, open the multiplayer menu, and press the "Join with lobby ID" button in the bottom left.

It grabs the code that you've copied, you don't actually have to input it. Though looking at the channel, I can see that there aren't any recent codes. The older ones wouldn't be valid anymore.

The in-built mulitplayer killed the discord community hat existed. 50% of the fun was finding a server and chatting with random ppl from all of the world. Havent panyed BSR online since then cus its not the same

Hello I have a question about bauckshot roulette? At the beginning of a multiplayer match you can see how many blanks and how many lives there are in the shotgun. But this display is not correct. Is there an item that changes the ammo or is it a bug? I've had several rounds now where there are more lives or blanks than on the display. I know that there is the item inverter but that only changes the order or? i am really confused

So the way it works, as it will ask you for the number of rounds, then you will input zero for a player on your left, right, and across from you, or one if they aren’t there. When you input the Max health for that round. After that you will input the number of lives in blanks in the gun. Then the first information block prints, which will show the number of lives and blanks, shell number rising and falling, max HP, and player HPs.

After this, it will begin asking you questions for each players turn. It will first ask if anybody left and you will type left, right, across, or no. Then it will ask you if anyone healed, and you can input the same as the previous question, and it will continue asking until you say no. Then it will ask for burner number, which you can either enter a number or skip it if you don’t have burner. If you did enter a number it will ask you a type, live or blank. Then will ask you if a gun was fired or racked. If fired it will ask for the shell type, shell inversion if any, the targeted player if it was live and the damage did, or if the blank round was shot at the person who had the gun.

If it was blank shot at shooter, it prints just the shell information and goes back to the healing question. The same occurs if any shell is racked.
If it was live, it will reprint the initial information block, and include the burner info if it’s on that shell number rising or falling.

Eventually, when it registers that either your health is zero or everyone else’s health is zero, the program advances to the next round and goes back to the Max HP question. Eventually, when everyone’s HP or your HP is zero and the max number of rounds has been hit. It will end the program.

There’s contingencies for every possibility I just didn’t feel the need to explain every little thing here

However I cant seem to attach files using the + in discord, so how should I go about doing this?
