It is a known Godot issue. Many old graphic cards don't support Vulkan. So the best option is to upgrade your graphic card/drivers or use an OpenGL way to run the game.

There's an easy fix, just use opengl

Open cmd, put buckshot roulette path there then type --rendering-driver opengl3

This will fix your issue. The only downside may be different graphics
