You ask for Etrade (energy trade) or Ctrade (crate trade) depending on what you need.
You visit the person who you are trading with in the train station and click all the icons in their farm, they do the same to you! That way you both get 20x energy/crates (instead of just 10 if you visit someone but don't get visited back)
For energy trade, you need to have LESS than 50 energy to be able to click the energy icon in their farm.
For crate trade, same thing but with crates. Less than 40 :)
Then you say Omw when you are responding to a trade and heading over to someone's place, and 'dty' or done ty when you've visited them and completed the trade

when u do a trade, yeah click everything, but if you're just refreshing your farm you can do a random visit and return to your farm and the stuff will be there for you to collect from the person you traded with
