It only started with ringing ears and i was told its just a small sinus infection and i should just do steam inhailation, i did it i nearly cried this week like 4 diffrent times cuz i was over sensetive the shower felt horrid and i felt like i was gonna be in a hospital but all i was told was to take over the counters and drink plenty of hot teas and try my best to shower just for " sinus infection"and now ive wuestioned it and serched a bit more online and on nhs it seems like im at the peak of a viral or bacterial infection in the throat and well i can only eat noodles, and soft buiscuites and a few A FEWWW bites of ice crema before im seriously crying about the jaw pain
