The bunny doesn't need the lines because the cheeks cover the bottom of the eyes. The horse doesn't need the shade on the other eye because shadows indicate the ligth comes from that side.
The shading on the duck flippers is or the color, or again: light. Light shines from above (as indicated by the other shadows) flippers stick out more than the body; therefore light falls on the flippers.

and for the foot light i was mainly talking about this bit, its probably the smallest nitpick i could make but strange nonetheless. i thought it was weird how shading technique used on the top where the pillow shading doesnt go all the way to the edges because its the only time that happens in all 3 of the artworks, even when it would fit based on the light source

its getting harder and harder to spot ai and i was honestly just asking for confirmation from someone who knows a bit more about art than i do :)
