that is how much you need to make T4 of the crop/animal

because after around an hour it will regenerate

so if you need to do 60 harvest

you can just do 30 harvest and wait around an hour

and harvest 30 again

Nope, just about 110-130 crates per key. If you do get them from the flash deals, bronze keys are the better deal and then you can merge them to whatever you want them to be.
