It was never broken. The chest drops have been consistent for a long time and required no changes. In order for that to change, someone has to go OUT OF THEIR OWN WAY into that set of the data and change the numbers.

One less toolbox per chest doesn’t seem like that big of a nerf, but it definitely delays repairing factories by a while (not to mention the increase in tiers of wood and bricks required).

The bigger issue is it makes players having to buy additional medium sized obstacles from the store regularly to complete the energy spending daily tasks.
