I know what to do for the black screen issue, and I can suggest that? I haven't really figured out what is going on with the white screen issue that people keep getting...

If you are experiencing a black screen issue:

• Sometimes just relaunching the game will take care of the issue
• If you play on PC: make sure that you've turned ON "Hardware acceleration" ⚙️ (Discord settings > Advanced)
• Clear Discord cache files (tutorial: https://www.howtogeek.com/686597/how-to-clear-discord-cache-files-on-desktop-and-mobile/)

It's an extremely common issue right now, apparently affecting certain areas more than others

It might be a time and date synchronization issue. Could you check and re-sync your devices time and date just to be sure please? If you're using a VPN, that might also affect if the clock is off by a smaller margin

(Have you tried loading the game on a different device to see if it works?)

Alternatively, it might be the router that might need to be re-synced then. You can check your internal router date and time and see if it doesn't need to be updated

You leave things when you click on crates/plants/animals/coins/energy. Both you get the items and the other player does to when they refresh their farm

(Unfortunately, visits do not stack, so make sure you don't visit them the same time in a row without them refreshing their farm)
