Chests drop from crates. I donno the drop rate, but you’ll get way more chests than keys. Silver is the best to open. Merge the rest to gold for xp and then shovel the gold away for space.

@raven orbit you have a faster way to refresh your farm to see visits, you can if you have a ticket visit anyone, touch nothing and come back. Ticket won't be consumed, and your farm will be refreshed without leaving the game
