Sometimes if they are in a smaller server with you, you can visit them when they are offline if you play in that server, but otherwise for the most part you need to be playing in the same server at the same time as the other player

Unfortunately no. If you play with them on another server, you might be able to find them by trying different servers you are in them with, but for the most part not really.

Either way, it might be a better idea to wait until they are online because otherwise you might visit them when someone else has as well, and visits don't stack.

I recommend shoveling all chests away before level 20. Opening them before you need the tools can create a lot of unnecessary clutter when you don't have a lot of space to work with
(Just make sure you keep all of your keys!)

You can if you want, especially if you're trying to save on space, but the general consensus is that it is better to open silver chests.

I've probably opened as many gold chests as silver, if not more, but silver is easier to open more often and lets you merge more parts. There's a debate about which chest has more, and some say that silver has more gems on average, while gold has more greenhouse parts on average. The chests are meant to be relatively balanced though between the three.

I wouldn't open bronze chest at all though unless you have a tier one greenhouse part laying around that you need to merge.

Correct, I wouldn't repair it until much later in the game since it costs a 10 tier tool which you will need to repair pretty much every building after that.

Unless you just really want to have it repaired or if you just really want to remove it from the map. It just takes so long to get a Tier 10 tool

being a box buddy with me is we both have 3 tickets saved up and at least 40 or more boxes and we visit each other back to back in a quick manner until all boxes are gone and tickets are gone....since i usually have more boxes if the person runs out of tickets and cant visit me back i burn 1 or 2 tickets on them to get them boxes to get another ticket...i ask that people let me know once they get down to 1 ticket so i can visit with out a return...the visits happen fast like merge what boxes you open as fast as you can then visit back all done within a couple of minutes...this takes about an hour to complete and use up all of the boxes because there are so many in my hand when i start
