If you could change the recipes, then you would just choose the recipes that give you the best coin yield each time

That is one way, if you don't have a ticket. You can also use a ticket to visit another farm but don't click on anything, just return. As long as you don't click on anything it won't use up the ticket. That is the fast way to reload your farm without quitting. If you don't have tickets though, just quit and rejoin

If you do visit another farm, make you go all the way to the top to collect the energy. The crates are at the bottom by the train station, but the energy is at the top on a tree or rock or toolbox

It requires a tier 10 tool, which takes a long time to get to. You'll need three of those to repair the Tomato on Wheels. You can get one of the tier 10 tools from one of the premium lands, and then you only have to five merge up to the other two to have three. And of course you need even more tier 10 tools to repair later buildings. You can move around the windmill though without repairing it
