I believe that the intent isnt to trick persay, but the placement is either dubious or a mistake. No confirmation check for buying crates with gems makes it harder to say it's not intentional, but it can simply be an oversight. In game design the practice in use here would be anti-consumer since it is far to easy to make incorrect purchases that dwindle a rarer resource of the game that needs time or actual money to gain.

I appreciate the return policy as it is a good one to have for a community, but as shown with the current situation, its so full of complaints right now that some people cant even submit a ticket, meaning their case will not be viewed

Overall the idea isn't hard to grasp for a developer. Often in mobile apps its a change pushed by publishers, but idk how things work with discord games

I do think that just adding a confirmation button would at the minimum fix the issue.
The other fix would be just having the ui not pop up over the crate button and maintain in a space more center to the screen to ensure that the people spamming the crate button to empty it dont accidently misclick due to positioning

idk what they're using to develop the game but creating scalable ui with limitations to where it stretches shouldn't be the hardest act

it's def something being worked on they have it in bug reports, feedback and more. The fact this is a game where they don't shovel ads down your throat speaks volumes to their character and I suspect they will eventually fix it because they care a lot more about the players

yea - either smash the crate button slow so you don't accidently click something or take a break

i understand the frustration but one person can only do so much on the refund side and it will prob take a day or two for release cycle (and there may be a lot of factors that delay an update so just gotta be patient)

The refund process is restricted to fifty messages at a time

It requires 3 people but not necessarily at the same time, may just be a bug, It happened to me with another heavy object but fixed itself by closing and reloading the game.

generally if your on loading screen thats prob related to mainly oauth w/ discord

can still be issues w/ FMV but oauth doesn't really change much so it would be surprising if they broke something since it's a standard and not just hammed together

of course i can't speak to their exact architecture but seems more like a discord issue then a fmv issue
especially since the other activities not working
