I would claim that first 1-star card, then I would save up nine of them. Set the last one to the side, and merge 8 cards up to a 3-star (skipping completely over the 2-star upgrade). After you upgrade, that last card can be exchanged for gems

Usually you have to be playing in the same channel at the same time for them to show up at your train station.

Occasionally, there are current bugs where they don't show up if they join the channel after you, which can be solved by just relaunching your game (or clicking visit on the pop-up that happens when they join if that doesn't work). You can also try joining the game from their profile if it shows the activity they are playing.

When you merge 5 the game considers that you're merging twice (as if it were 6), which means that you can get a lucky merge for each of these merges. It's 5% per each of the two merges, which means you can get 3 or even 4 items if you're really lucky.

When you merge 3 you can only get one extra item because it's only 1 merge. Does that make sense?

I use them to populate specific spaces that are empty in my farm, this way I can make tools/wood/rocks fall into wherever I want without needing to move them around all the time.

And of course: you can cut them to get wood... but there's plenty of trees and rocks out there so I don't think people use them that way until they clear everything

It's always nice to have more space.

That is going to vary by player. Some players can't get enough energy, while other players have more than they need. It kind of depends on how you play the game.

I have more than I need, yet I still merge it up to the highest before claiming it.

It's really useful to use the highest one right before you do a bunch of small jobs so you can burn through it quickly and then start regenerating energy again. I would say it's okay to clean the smaller ones if you need a little extra energy to start a job. Depending on how you play, it might be better to claim the smaller ones so that you can regenerate energy again. So claiming energy bolts is sort of up to your current strategy and playstyle.

If you play in one of the other channels here, usually someone will visit you relatively quickly and remove objects.

#💭│general is a great channel to start in, and if you are playing in that channel and let them know you have objects be removed, they are usually very friendly and come remove it quickly for you.

Usually for those errors, you can just relaunch or possibly wait a little while and relaunch. The 502/503 errors are typically network related, so you could also try a different device or different internet connection while you wait for it to go away.

It almost always goes away for me after one or two relaunches.

If you were talking about the same discord account with different progress, it sounds like maybe you might have have had them both open at the same time and the saving got mismatched? It's always good to make sure you are completely exited out before opening the game up on another device to prevent saving issues.

I would go ahead and repair the buildings that you use to fulfill recipes right away. That way you can start earning coins from them.

Decorations on the other hand, you never need to repair unless you want to. Repairing decorations make them look prettier, and allow you to remove them from the map. The windmill is a decoration that you might not want to repair for a very long time. That right there though will generate you coins, so I would repair it.

Hey so I'm relatively early game and have been able to open two silver chests but the space the greenhouse parts take up is really hampering everything... do they become the greenhouse pretty easily or are there a bunch of levels up? It's often advisable not to open up any chest before level 20 because of all the clutter they create. If you've already started though it might not hurt to just keep going.

It will likely take you past level 60 before you will complete the greenhouse.

If you look in your discovery book (lower right) then you will see how many stages there is for the greenhouse.

I would claim that first ★ upgrade card, then save up nine of them. Set the last one to the side, and merge eight cards up to a ★★★ upgrade (skipping completely over the ★★ upgrade).

After you upgrade, that last card (and any luckys) can be exchanged for gems

Keys dropped from crates at a rate of about 1 key per 110-130 crates.

They are also available in the flash deals for gems. The flash deals refresh every 4 hours, in the bronze keys are the biggest bang for your buck if you 5-merge them.

FYI, It is somewhat advisable just to shovel away all the chest you get before level 20. Opening them early just creates a bunch of clutter when you really need the extra space. Around level 20 you will start needing to merge tools which you get from the chests.

If you do decide to shovel them away, still make sure you keep all of your keys and always 5-merge

Sleeping is the time between your first harvest and your second harvest. Dead is after your last harvest but before you click on the coin or sapling

You should still try to merge them up as much as possible. Probably by about level 15 (if not sooner) you should be always merging them up to the highest tier before collecting them.

I understand that in the beginning it's a difficult juggle, between having enough money to unlock the land and also not having enough space to open crates. I would say try to use your best judgment, but you're losing out every time you claim without 5-merging up to the next tier

Sometimes there is a bug where the player doesn't show up at your train station. One thing you can try is relaunching the game. Often it will be players that recently joined that don't show up, but this fixes it. If that doesn't take care of it, you can also try clicking the visit button at the top when they join.

What is e trade and c trade, and how does it work, and when?

Etrade is trading including energy, trade is without energy.
You can only trade energy if you are below 50.
Trading is using tickets at each other. You need to be at the activity in the same channel to do so.
If you are the slower person you need to rejoin the activity afterwards to receive the rewards.
Tip: leave the sort of plant and animal you need the stuff the most at the top spot of your farm, nearby the energy point to make it easier for people to find all the tasks quickly 🙂

Nope. If you have enough cards on the ground to three-merge up to a 3 star, then no more cards will drop.
