Btw, did you realize that Lucky Merge factor is for each resource in the output? So merging 5 you actually have a 10% chance (I think that's how the math works, 5% twice) of getting 3 and like 0.25% chance of getting 4.

One problem with that is that you can't get two purple toolboxes from any chest, including gold. Though there's a 100% chance of getting one from every gold chest, but only 25% of getting one from any silver chest. No chance from a bronze chest.

That would kinda throw off the result of how many supply drops (boxes) it would take, unless you're shoveling all non-purple toolboxes and ignoring bronze chests.

The reward chest key drop rate disparity is the real-world problem, since chests expire after 24 hours.

The method I recommend is to wait until you have 9 level 1 cards (you should not have any level 2 cards on the ground) and merge only 8. This way, you can make a level 3 card and still have an extra level 1 card, which will give you a bonus of 10 gems

Additionally, it's the method that requires gathering the fewest cards because you go directly from level 0 to level 3

Are you speaking in general? I only recommend merging 8 for cards; for the rest of the items, the only good merge is the one with 5. It also works in multiples of 5.

no, merge 5 is pretty much the most optimal in terms of space/bonus. a merge 10 is just 2 merge 5's. you're welcome to if you like to do it, but it doesn't gain you any advantage.

If you wait to have 9 level 1 cards (which is the maximum you can have), you merge only 8, leaving 1 extra. You can then make a level 3 card, and the leftover one can be exchanged for gems (You cannot have any level 2 cards of that crop or animal on the floor)

It's much better to use your energy cutting down trees and rocks because you'll also need to unlock the recipe buildings, which are useful, decorations arent useful, and you free up the space occupied by all the trees and rocks

Hii, only open silver chests—they’re the best for farming gems. Personally, I think it is also good for getting greenhouse parts, because bronze chests give you items of very low tiers, so they’re not worth opening. And gold chests take too long—you could open 2 or 3 silver chests instead of just 1 gold chest :D

2. You can use one 2-star card and then wait to get 6 1-star cards. Merge 5 of them to make a level 3 card, and you’ll have 1 leftover 1-star card that you can convert into 10 gems. This method will take a bit longer but will get you 10 gems for the extra card
