if you are on iphone or android however the best action is to close discord and shut the phone off completley then restart the game

Yes, and its not a boast its permanent, any new cow you get from a crate will be that level. however to level up cards you have to combine them for example 3 level one cards will combine into 1 level two card

the older version of the game would drop upgrade cards for any animal/crop as long as it hadn't been upgraded to 3* . combined with the mechanic where extra cards were turned into gems, this would be one of the ways to gain gems. with the recent update, it has been changed so that crops no longer drop upgrade cards if you have enough already to merge your cards into a 3* card and therefore no longer a "gem farm" and more of a "gem bonus" now

1. Merge everything with 5.
2. Nearly everything can be merged!
3. Tickets cant be merged, and you get a maximum of 3 in your storage, use them to get more!
4. when visiting another player with a ticket, make sure to have <50 energy, so that both of you get energy for the visit!
5. you can use toolboxes to "store" energy by putting them on the most northeastern spot on the map.
6. same for animals and crops, the ones that are the most northeastern on the map get supported

so, i cant visit my friend from the start of the game i tried everything but i cant visit them they can visit me but i cant is there anything i can do so i can visit my friend there is no ticket dropped to me since the start of the game and there is a red dot on the ticket but when i press it nothing happened

are you both in the same room. have you tried restarting your game. sometimes they don't show up until you restart. also tickets won't drop if you haven't picked up a ticket, it might be hiding somewhere(if not then it might be a bug) . the limit is 3 before tickets stop dropping so be sure to use them so that you can continue to collect tickets.

pretty late game. you can only get pieces from chests, and they drop t1-t5 depending on chance and which chests you open. greenhouse only starts generating things at t12. i'm personally level 40 and i've only got 4 t8 pieces atm and i open silver/gold chests fairly often. i'm sure there are others who prioritise and may have progressed further than me at the level i am.

hmm that's interesting, have you had a load of sheep harvests since your last 1* card drop? Maybe you've just had bad luck since your last drop? i don't remember whether the tutorial explicitly tells you about the merge 5 mechanic and i've managed to get at least 9x 1* cards since the update from a single crop so i would be surprised if the mechanic worked like that. it might do 🤷
