After some working, re-working, and then refining I finally got to what I think is a passable black paint scheme. This Grendel (Mongrel) is a result of that work and I have to say it’s one of my best pieces yet (imo). Keep practicing and trusting your instinct, because that will always get you the most satisfaction from your miniatures.

The green of the mjolnir armor is a mixture of liquitex artist inks which I learned how to use from a video by Midwinter Minis on YouTube. It was really fun mixing greens, yellows and browns with my silver metallic ink to get a very Halo Green to the armor.

Am I allowed to submit to a thing I run?

I dunno, but I painted this Annihilator. It is a Clan Hell's Horses Annihilator from the Fire Horse Galaxy. It's my test model for my Hell's Horses. Going to tone down the blue to the actual "midnight blue" with the rest of the company I'm currently painting.

I've never played with one. I think it's hilarious though because I read Hell's Horses as trying to maintain exceptional mobility, but the company (to fit in my commander case) that I am currently working on features this and a Stone Rhino. Not exactly the fastest elements.

Right? The rest of my list was all TMM2+ units, and I had a 37PV hole in my list. So I filter for 31 PV units, so that I can make it skill 3 and there she was. I was hesitant at first, but when you need a cheap anchor unit and you literally do not care about its mobility, you can't do any better

The Society has been quite an enigma on my mind especially after dabbling around with C3 in the last FCCW campaign. Felt only right I took up some Sarna classes on the NOVA CEWS and took a look at the iATM s. Felt only right since they were mostly in Clan Coyote, I painted the up in one of the Clan's schemes.

All the Z models were tough cookies...
