What does it mean “to avoid forced updates, set to airplane mode and launch the app 3.3.2 beta -> 3.3.3 beta? What app are you talking about?

Ok thanks. I assumed that but I guess I am dense because I also assumed it had some update mechanism that would install 3.3.3 beta without needing AltStore or other side-loader.

can’t update without a sideloader

I’d recommend trollstore, since it allows you to install apps without signing them (using an iOS exploit which was patched in 17.0.1 and 16.7)

App Store apps also don’t have their own update mechanism

Thanks I’ll try trollstore. I was looking through discord for an enhancement request section but could not find one - perhaps you’d be kind enough to facilitate… user 34306 Hue Nguyen has posted links to direct install Misaka but this does not get updated. My enhancement request, were I able to submit one would be to incorporate that direct download methodology for upgrades into Misaka. Just a thought. Thanks!
