A few thoughts:

I don't think it would be possible to enforce an age-restricted channel. I also worry that it's not inclusive, the server is for all fans 13+.
There are essentially two main chats which help keep things separate, #mgmt-general and #off-topic
We already have a ton of channels
#minecraft-0-online sort of already serves as a filter for a lot of skibidi behavior

As far as I can see I don't think the skibidi behavior prevents others from having conversations, either in #mgmt-general or any other channel (especially "for the archive" and other topic channels, where discussion is more focused)
