#The Mandalorian Spoilers

kick him down the pit
Did he give him one of those colored light bulbs to suck on?
i love his character
I wonder who Jimmy Kimmel promised at Lucasfilm trips to Epstein Island 2.0 in order to get his talentless androgynous son into 2 episodes of Mandalorian
Bro that episode was bad
It feels like cheap play doh
Why can’t it at least look as good as Andor ;-;
The Jedi escape was so fucking stupid?
Why for one would LAATs shoot in civilian areas
And that speeder shouldn’t go that fast should it?
Should’ve left his escape be a mystery
cus jedi so they are authorized
also speeders are like 100kmh slower then a gunship im pretty sure
and with the speeder being able to take direct routes unlike the gunshi which has to avoid alot of things its fine
yeah but the speeder was being amped by grogus presence ofc 😼

who does jimmy kimmels son play? the foundling?
yes
Paz vizla is Jimmy Kimmel confirmed?
Also who tf was Paz vizla bangin. Last i checked it was mando and the armour that were left…
With the helmets on too……
there's alot of mando's plus they dont need to bang other mando's
They goofy shooting into the water
It's stupid that Jon Favreau can't take the time to do Paz's lines. They could've at least found someone with a similar voice for some consistency
sounds fine cope some harder
they are hunting jedi so they can do what needs to be done
palps aint taking any risk with anyone surviving cus civs
Almost like Order 66 made em do bad things or something that's crazy
The order 66 scene was pretty standard except for the part where clone troopers first came through the door, started shooting, then the jedi simply turned 90 degrees to face another corridor and the initial troopers just decided to dip
If only ki adi mundi had just turned to his left during order 66, the clones shooting him would've simply vanished
All of the budget went to Andor lmao
That or Andor actually made good use of its budget.
All of favreau's budget went towards the umate set
That's why they're gonna show it in every single episode
Why was that LAAT shooting at residential areas.
Exactly bruh like if you're gonna shoot near civilians at least make sure you hit the target
Be me, a wealthy Coruscant elite living in a luxurious apartment skyscraper with a view of the Jedi temple
One day the temple burns, NoneOfMyDamnBuisness.png
A LAAT blows a hole in the wall where I'm at destroying many millions of credits worth of furniture and valuables
mfw
cus the orders are to kill the jedi at all cost lol
plo koon literally got shot and ended up crashing into a school so
also idk why you people act like the empire cares about civilians
they literally blow up planets for fun
wait what the fuck lol
this one
guarantee that most of the budget goes to pedro pascal, katee sackhoff, and the directors of the eps
they probably spent most of the budget in this 30m ep lel
actually, probably the last one
o ye and that
this ep had less cgi than than 2/3ds of the last episode, considering the existence of coruscant
You don't have the balls to post that in that server, do you?
How'd that go?
True
I really don’t see how he can integrate into the mandalorian shit
Mf is a Jedi
There Is No Mythosaur in Ba Sing Se
They really wanted to go in the direction of mentorship under Luke but then realized that just meant Grogu would be murdered by Kylo....oh and he's the cash cow too, can't sell more merch if he doesn't show up
It's not possible
Since it's looking like he's becoming a mandalorian now they can't make him finish his training then call him a jedi too
Even filoni and favreau must know this
Nah bro wtf, why is season 3 boring as fuck
How am I more invested in Bad Batch, I didn't even catch up until 2 weeks ago
Now hold on in bobf the armorer said now we are 3 and apparently a couple years went by so idk
Everything bad about this episode: it looked cheap asf. Looked fake. The Mandolorians look silly just randomly shooting the water where the big ass alligator lives. Paintball with grogu was stupid. Order 66 was silly. Jar jar can’t act. Flying into a narrow tunnel is not a smart decision. No way in hell can the clones miss in a narrow tunnel. Bird dragon side quest is stupid. I didn’t even know the kid got kidnapped until the end. No way that kid should be alive if he got swallowed alive.
Everything good: Bo Katan thicc?
cus the covert split up after nevaro battle most likely and bo her people also dipped after her failed assault with gideons cruiser or w/e
she has nothing left so
wonder if she will remove her helmet
watching newest ep rn
grogu cgi looks goofy as fuck still
though i do love his cute waddles
AHMED BEST
stfu
ahmed is great
happy the dude didnt end it cus people like you
There’s nothing wrong with ahmed but he can’t act guys
Just like reva actor. Not only was it a bad script but she was also a bad actress
True to both
Damn
Bruh did I say he was a bad person 🤔
His acting is good cope bozo
His part was playing a space knight saving a dwarf alien from some clones soldiers
how the fuck can you judge from that
Akso true
I honestly think I like this show
I won’t speak on how good it really is but I do enjoy it
I'm happy for you
Unfortunately for me I need compelling, emotional dialogue with characters I can connect with to enjoy a show. Not a boring cgi-fest that relies on lazy tropes and flashy fight scenes to keep viewers engaged
The whole clan went to rescue a kid I had no reason to care about whatsoever. If they were trying to show how much mandalorians care about family they failed completely, because they didn't even show any actual relationship between paz vizsla and his son
I agree with that entirely. I thought it was lame that, after realizing they ran out of fuel and the beast was getting away, Paz is just all like “oh well, it got away. It always gets away”. like!????? That’s your son, no!? You’re not even a little more distraught over the situation? Lol
Not much emotional dialogue or visceral connection I definitely agree
Did they like...add that it was his son halfway into the script and forgot to revise the direction?
Yeah idk but I had no idea that Vizsla’s son when the beast took him away
Indeed. It would have been much more compelling if the rest of the clan thought there was no hope for the kid and refused to go after him, but paz vizsla resolved to go alone because it was his son (truly emphasising mandalorian family ties). He'd then prolly get help from din and botox-katan bc they're new to the way of the clan
Like bayon said they gave us no reason to care about that kid
And if they did it to show how much Mandos care about family and foundlings it was done kinda goofy, like why tf are they even still hiding there lmao… it’s clearly a hot spot for large beast killings
But like the rest of this show they only use the most superficial dialogue and the laziest possible solution to what the plot demands
They did it so that bo-katan would be liked by everybody there
Yeah she’s that hot girl on the block
Why the fuck did they all run out of fuel in a min. When tf has any mandalorian ever run out of jetpack fuel on screen
Would have been much better
I mean if jetpacks do run on limited fuel, and can’t be spammed indefinitely, then it kinda makes sense I feel. They were tailing that beast at full speed for quite a while
Favreau is a battlefront player confirmed
But being that it’s SW you’d think they have self-regenerating fuelpacks or something like that
You guys getting mad over some filler episode
It is neat to see the LAATs in live action again
Plus the practical effect clones
Love to see that
I was wondering if they were gonna do CG Clones like in BOBF but looks like they're sticking with the live action ones
Pretty sure that he's an adopted son
All the Foundlings are adopted probably
Which is why they call them foundlings and not birthlings
cumlings
litteraly 1654

Ok hear me out on this
Hear me out
They were shooting at the speeder flying through coruscant with no regard for casualties
Why didn’t the gunship just blow up the landing platform
Or shoot the ship down rather than landing
Bo do be thic tho
Bcuz they wanted to preserve the Child - groge no use to them dead
Imagine a hundred mini grogu clones running at u
So why would they risk just shooting the speeder down
Just lazy writing I guess
Glad they let Jar Jar be a jedi like he always wanted
i mean he already was one before this
i honestly do like how theyre shifting away from the show being about The Mandalorian to being about Mandalorians in general
also the armorer casually gaslighting bo-katan was kinda funny
Lmao
What scene are speaking of specifically?
tru
Assalorian
thats bo katan
meh
her actress is stupid so no
recast her then its fine
i love that bo joined the covert
cause now she doesnt take off her helmet as much
and i dont have to see that ugly botox mug
face trapped in an eternal smile
i hate that katee sackoff got the botox
ruins her expressionism
cause her resting face is a smile
so i cant take her seriously
what is a botox
feels like everything she says is insincere
plastic surgery but instead of plastic its chemicals
why did she do that
Grogu was saved by Naboo Royal guards
Pretty interesting
Granted this show does lack genuine emotional dialogue but I really feel for Grogu, witnessing all of his friends and elders get exterminated. Some serious PTSD going on there. Talk about survivor’s guilt
Man deserved a normal childhood with a stable upbringing not one shrouded by murder and bloodshed. Same goes for that lil Reva girl.
Someone's going to need to explain to me why they're staying at that spot on this planet rather than moving to a place where cgi monsters don't attack every 5 fucking minutes
cause there's a cool cave with the forge in it
and its probably a pain to move
also can i just point out how bad the cgi water was
with the scene with grogu playing with the crabs, the water lapping against the sand looked so fucking bad
All the budget went towards grogu doing cgi flips, they don't have the money to build a new set
Yeah not a very smart tribe it seems.
If people could for 1 sec stop buying fucking merch we would have been free from Grogu since s1
cope
I dunno man, I’ve kind of accepted that Mando and most (if not all) other SW series will be mid or worse. So I just enjoy it for what it is. I enjoy the pile of shit with a bit of gold underneath. I don’t watch new SW for superb writing/plot and emotional dialogue. I just watch it for Star Wars. Could it be way, way better? Yeah. Are they knowingly doing certain things on purpose which decrease the show’s value? Probably. Should it be better? Yeah. But it’s not. So I just watch it and enjoy it and try not to let the shortcomings distract from the good bits too much. I think if you don’t enjoy the show you should just stop watching it.
In no way am I trying to discredit people’s opinions. They’re all valid. But if you are continually being disappointed by a series you already don’t like… well maybe it’s time to just drop it because you know it’s not really getting any better

Not directed at anyone in particular, just my two cents

That’s why I think I’ll enjoy that bcuz it’s SW but good writing and all that
I think the 'safer' places are already inhabited by other beings to the point where staying there is more dangerous than man-eating-creature-infested worlds (Example: Covert Massacred at Navarro)
Thinks its moreso that this keeps them on point and strong
I just realised
Because the clones were voiced by Morrison
That means we’re seeing boba this season
Hopefully they learned from BOBF
Already got leaked he was gonna show up
he always does voices for live action clones lol
the great tatooine wars
they gotta do more multi-episode arcs
idk why they dont
its literally what make shows good
Hard to care about Grogu after BoBF undoing all of season 2
I feel dumb for not anticipating it earlier but seeing the season 2 ending just had me like "that was so cool but like...Kylo kills Grogu later though??"
Is that even confirmed though?
no lol
he just ment if he was at luke's academy he would die since all the students there get killed
Yeah I always just assumed he wasn’t there
If kylo killed grogu he'd be mega based
and it would be stupid aswell to have him just be killed there already before we even know anything about him basically
I still can't get over that they decided to take Grogu back to Mando in a show that he wasn't even the focus of
I wish this show didn't latch itself onto Grogu being the only source of interest for it
If they're going to bring him back at least give us part of the season with him training with Luke
And then for the climactic fight at the end he comes back to save Mando
They had a really great emotional farewell at the end of S2 only to drop that immediately
cus they make all of the shows part of the mandalorian verse since they act like chapters in a book but that just doesnt work for shows unless you actually tell people to watch shit cusits important beforehand
Even then barely any time passes between Grogu leaving Mando and coming back
We barely get to see how it impacts him
2 years apparently so
We didn't get to see any of it anyway
well ye cus they are stupid
and dont portrait time well
beside nevaro there is no portait in time at all
Thanks Dave
thats not on dave lol its favreau
dave does alot of stuff and they plan it together but most of the show is favreau
Thanks Jon
I assume the Grogu thing was also heavily pushed by the studio people
Since he is a little green money printer and not having him front and center is going to kill merch sales
I like how, instead of exploring din's relationships with his clan and mandalorian traditions in general, we got a whole plotline about a force-sensitive alien that is training to become to a Jedi
But it's okay because in the latest episode he's gonna be a mandalorian too!
BTW they are definitely building up to Grogu getting shot and or stabbed like Frodo in Fellowship of the Ring with that mythril Beskar armor
Literally just baby's first SWRPG character
"he's a Mandalorian grey jedi"
Please no. This show already has zero stakes, imagine watching the scene of him being stabbed and just knowing he's completely fucking fine
Then they spit the reveal of him actually surviving because of the beskar shirt and everyone being all emotional in your face
"Haha! Bet you thought he was dead, didn't ya?"
They wouldn't be armoring him up if that wasn't going to happen
I feel like even favreau would know not to make a mandalorian jedi a thing
He has got to know that they are 2 completely different lifestyles
Then again tarre vizsla also exists in canon so who tf knows
We'll see
whar
I think that Book of Boba assuming it could ride the high from Mando S2 resulted in it inadvertantly sabotaging future series
What still baffles me is that BoBF could've easily been good, but apparently making a grittier show about a ruthless bounty hunter and a previously established crime organization is too fucking hard.
Take some shit from Empire at War: Forces of Corruption and some inspiration from a few Sopranos subplots (mind you, a show Jon Favreau has even been on) and it's easy money
Welcome to Disney star wars
Imagine tony gilroy made the book of boba fett
If they wanted to get rid of grogu , he would have stayed with Luke. Im pretty sure he is here to stay
Any director other than robert rodriguez
its sad that the quality of andor is outside of the norm
Instead, we got this:
Why do they keep milking the shit out of order 66
There’s no more excitement anymore
It also doesn’t feel anywhere nearly as deadly now
Every other person survived apparently
There was 10K Jedi
The list of survivors keeps growing
It makes the event less significant
We know like 1% survived
So 100 jedi
thats still a lot
even if 100 survive its a 99% success rate
and right now only like 0.2% has
and a decent amount still got killed right after
Enough to justify the existence of the inquisitors
Order 66 was a near perfect plan from all the PoV we have seen so far
Compared to legends anyway we really don’t have too many survivors who didn’t die shortly after order 66
We don’t even know how long Ahmed Best Jedi survived either
they also existed to keep vader in line knowing he could just be replaced if palps wanted
Also Vader canonically beat them all at once so they really didn’t have much of a chance
what the fuck am i looking at
Confirmation Bryce is directing or has directed episode 6
bryce is not that good
why is it echoed i mean

tbf she did direct the mando ep of bobf
What do you mean?
Are you crazy???
???????????
Anyways who cares
stop gaslighting me
Bad Batch sweep tonight
Bad batch ending
Another cliff hanger

I appreciate the show
But if we don’t get a clone rebellion
No fucking point
How many clones were in rexs base on coruscant
That clone rebellion is gonna build into season 3 I’m guessing
How many Rebels were on Aldhani
where is gonna be a clone Rebellion though, they already blew Kamino to smithereens
Maybe it’ll be navy seal clone missions
Ngl this was pretty good
mfw bad batch been more active then mando lol
kekshook y-wing
lasat
coruscant once again
Bruh it has to be
its not lol
It's the same voice
Are you saying all lasats sound the same
im just saying these 2 do
pre vizsla and paz vizla also sounded the same
no way they made r5 a actual rebel
march of the resistance will never not be epic
It's Zeb according to wookiepedia
This big city fight really reminds me of that one 2003 Clone Wars episode
oh boi once again bo-katan has to be the one to unite mandalore
why bo has to leave, she best bae
why this dude so suprised mandalorians rescueing gideon when there were imperial mandalorians lol
They are preparing us for funny Garfield show
never show zeb flying or him having a interest in it and now he's a pilot
also is that a dave cameo at the bar
Haven't watched this ep yet and honestly not feeling very motivated to do so. Is there any actual internal conflict explored with any of the major characters, or any mandalorian lore beyond skinny dipping in a pool and abandoning their children?
more new republic stuff and then them finding a new home
Wow an actual good episode
still funny how mando already is only 8 episodes a season yet they still manage to put in a decent amount of filler at times
Would be cool to see Rook Kast again as an antagonist Mandolorian
maybe, we'll see tho which mando's they will use (if its actually mando's)
Honestly not sure which direction they're going to take with it. Could be a group of Mandos loyal to Gideon, could be a group that wanted to catch him and put him on trial themselves, or it could be some beskar wearing Imperials
/ beskar Dark Troopers
doing dark troopers again would be meh imo
they probably just had to get him since he knew too much
Beskar wearing imperials or mandos that want to serve their own justice to gideon would be okay. Mandos loyal to gideon would make no sense whatsoever
wouldnt be the first time mando's served for the empire
Fr? That also makes no sense UNLESS they were bounty hunters hired by the empire, like boba fett
That's before the glassed the planet
Don't expect any Mandos to be aligned with the Empire after that
I'm only keeping the possibility open in my mind since logic hasn't stopped Disney before
i wouldnt see why they would capture him themselves just to kill him when he was gonna be executed anyway
Maybe they want to torture him or smth first? Idk
and in rebels those mando's literally helped them make a weapon against beskar so
Zeb
Well that was a good episode
I enjoyed it anyway
More Mandalorian lore and it appears they’re sending Bo away
Aaand Gideon got out
Shocker
Interesting twist at the end
litteraly is goofy ass
Wait that was Zeb????
we litteraly knew he was one
i know now mr late thanks for clarifying what i already know
peli could have just lied smh
why would she
to sell a broken droid
yes cus lego is so good with making canon sets
doesnt make it less stupid
how did he even know r5 was with mando
r5 told him bozo
why would he tell him
she prolly did
If Mandalorian canonizes R5 being a Jedi it will be an automatic 10
skippy the droid is not real
cope harder sir
also if the mandalorians have no ships how did they get to that planet
shot down
They used Bo Katan's and Mando's N-1
Watch the ep dummy
also those beasts got blasters now?
what beasts?
i mean ig the raptor thing could have done it
It was awesome to see Zeb though
Pretty sure it's Zeb
Yeah it was confirmed to be Zeb
That's neat
It's in the credits yea
its cool but super odd
Standard cameodalorian cameo, except this time it's even more irrelevant to the main plot
Speaking of plot, it seems we are finally getting an inkling of one 5 episodes into the season
tbf this one wasnt standard cus it wasnt forced and you wouldnt 100% know it was zeb cus he is wearing that wack ass flighsuit
and he isnt the entire centre
I just dont get why hes a pilot
ye hence why its super odd
He flew the phantom a couple of times i guess
But like
Everyone and their mother did lol
Lol
i could probably fly an x-wing if i had 9 or so years to figure it out
this show has been making me happy ngl
always wanted more mandalorian content and now im finally getting it
in live action too for the first time
When the episode was called the pirate I let my hopes up a little bit thinking Hondo was bout to pull up
Silly me
that's so bs
- makes no sense for a member of one of the most successful rebel cells to be posted at a random base
- zeb was never shown to be a good pilot
- why ain't he at lira san
Because new republic bad
Apparently
At least they're consistent in making them be insanely incompetent
at least thats one way to explain how they got wiped so easily in tfa
Imagine the Vong attacking in this timeline, they'd conquer the galaxy within weeks
no they wouldnt
Exaggeration, but it would be very quick
the cameodalorian and his googly gang of friends would save the day!
Lmao
and then omega and grogu would use the force to destroy John Yuuzhan!!!
the action in this ep is pretty good
but the overall writing is trash
dialogue, delivery, plot, everything
and the fact that the monkeys told them that there was an ambush 😭😭😭
explosion vfx are really good tbh
I liked that
what is the armorer scheming bro
she is plotting
def gonna be the villain
major villain activities
also breh we have to see her ugly face again
goddamn why is the camera so low quality
does wifi just not exist in this universe
also that beskar in the lambda was definitely planted there
like cmon
ye like im fine with him not being at lira san but like have him lead a squad or something or be with hera not be a pilot which is a complete 150
complete 150
there's a army of planet destroying star destroyers so no
ment 180 oop
all of which got destroyed by some hillbillies riding space horses
well yes but also because they were all connected to 1 thing for some stupid ass reason
i LOVE the sequels i LOVE dumb plot points that make NO SENSE
When legends had a 17km ship who's laser couldn't fully destroy planets
But these goofy ahh resued asset ISDs can
I HATE STAR WARS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
What made them think executing one of the most controversial parts of the EU but 10x worse and 100x less interesting would work.
But hey, at least we got a palps skin for this game
chancellor robes woulda been better
should have been chancellor palps instead of more robes
I figured that the Empire was using some kind of beskar dark troopers or something
possibly true
I think that outfit was based on the one he wears when he fights Yoda in ROTS
This mando episode is the only good episode this season but I’m ngl it was pretty fire
Still corny acting and wonky dialogue but the action scenes are pretty bad ass
Stuff you’d wanna see in theaters
I have no fucking clue what happened at the end with Bo katan and the armourer tho
That shit didn’t make any sense to me, someone please enlighten me
It's character development for The Armorer. Before she saw her beliefs as the only way for a Mandaorian to live. She knew she was coercing Bo-Katan into her beliefs. After the battle The Armorer realizes that you can live and be allianced with those different from you. (Greef Karga was for a brief time her enemy)
It's also an endgame move. She now knows that Mandalore can be inhabitable once again and the remaining Mandalorian clans will have to unite and get along in order stay alive.
I probably didn't get my point across properly and left out some shit, but I kind of don't give a shit. A smart person will be able to make the proper connections and that's what matters most.
I feel like the Armorer is going towards more of a villain role
I just got that vibe
Makes senses
yeah but it definitely seemed like she was being pretty evil about it
“you can take off your helmet and bring others to join our cause, but they must join OUR cause. the ONE TRUE MANDALORIAN WAY”
and obviously other mandalorians arent gonna like how strict they are
I still don't get what the fuck she was talking about "bo walks both ways". Tf is the other way? Being normal?
I thought mythosaurs were part of the traditions of all clans. If so why does her seeing one make her different from the children of the watch?
Because they're 'extinct'
Why would they send someone else to be all like "yeah I know someone who said she saw one come join us"
Tbh if I were a mando clan and some random shows up claiming to have seen the mythosaur I'd need some pretty hard proof
True but how do you prove it
Strap a camera to your helmet
They must have bodycam footage invented by then
Do they even have cameras?
Have they ever used camera in Star Wars before? Other than for like, holograms
All she needs to do is dive back in, record the mythosaur then jetpack back up
Yeah I remember seeing security feeds at one point?
Cameras for sure exist in legends, idk about canon
Ah yeah makes sense
Yeah obi-wan watched the security feed of anakin during order 66
I mean, they've 100% got to exist, I just can't think of where they're used 😂
She could do, and I wouldn't be surprised if they made a whole episode of just her doing just that
The bo-katan show, featuring cameos by din djarin
That end scene was really cool, I love when Star Wars goes horror/spooky vibe
Also, did anyone else see some blood when the pirate started blowing up civilians

It almost looked like actual gore
Also
Yeah
Idk about the Armorer..:
Why
Hard to guage how altruistic her intentions are… seems like she may have an ulterior motive. She seems so ruthless. Any means to an end type thing
She just seems like she could be some sort of antagonist eventually. I just got weird vibes from her when she was coercing Bo to take off her helmet
Interesting
Must have missed that vibe tbh, just seemed like it was her umderstanding they have to relax their rules a bit so they can unite/live outside of a cave their whole life
Like whoever made the rule "you all have to leave the campfire to go eat by yourself" sounds like an idiot and probably why they struggled to survive
Makes it a lot easier to attack the group
If Mandalorians didn't have stupid rules they could have taken over the galaxy by now
Rey "Skywalker" trying to train a new jedi order by herself when the Mandolorians take over the Galactic power vacuum
Literally every single thing the children of the watch do is moronic
It's no wonder they're nearly extinct
Natural Selection at work
Like in the pirate battle, why didn't they just land on the rooftops and get an aerial/positional advantage over the pirates? You literally have jetpacks, so use them
Instead they fought on level ground and got boxed in
security cams
plus teva used a probe with a camera to check out the shuttle at the end of the episode
Bold of you to assume that the Mandalorians wouldn't turn on eachother in like a half hour because someone took a helmet off
for me, the whole entire tone of the conversation was the armorer about to gaslight and threaten Bo, until she said “you will walk both ways”
This was my entire reaction the whole time they were getting “boxed in”. Like bro you all have jetpacks why don’t you just fly up and gain height advantage 😭😭
Or even when they were getting “pinned down” by that lizard with the MG42… um, just like, use your jetpack? No? Okay…
Just needed a way to show off the Armorer’s melee skills again I guess
Bc they had cover?
Lol well sure, but obviously not ample cover. They would have got chipped down if not for Vizsla coming in clutch. Hence the one squad leader expressing issue with them getting boxed in and subsequently getting tagged
I mean yea that happens when theres an ambush on you
Ot was better cover than standing out in the open which is what the jetpacks would cause
Precisely! Why it’s interesting they didn’t chose to gain height advantage
Um, what? The jetpacks would have allowed them to gain height advantage on the rooftops
You cant just teleport onto the rooftops.
You have to go from your cover to them
And it takes a lot less than that
They could go one by one too
To get shot and killed
That’s true, however as a cohesive military unit, that’s no reason not to try and gain height advantage. They wouldn’t have to all jetpack up at the same time. One by one they could go up and the others cover them as they do so
Its best to go as a group
One by one picked off one by one
As a group some make it some die
No matter what, someones dying
I won’t deny someone might die during the maneuver. But by the looks of it, they all surely would have died if they didn’t try to reposition. they were definitely better off trying to gain height advantage. Thankfully for them Vizsla was there to bail em out
i find myself skipping through this shit
luke han and chewi shoot down cameras in the prison block on the ds1
Yeah but the height advantage is worth the risk, also they should have just landed on the rooftops from the beginning
Absolutely not
From the beginning sure
somehow gus escaped
Mike broke him out
He said absolutely not 😭
Exactly lol
That whole other notion is completely out the window once you notice/realize that the amount of time those Mandos were spending out of cover (i.e. firing at the enemy after breaking from cover) is more than the amount of time it’d take to jetpack up to the rooftop
Which, by the way, would be a super quick ascent. Very low roofs, maybe one storey. It’s Nevarro. Not Coruscant. They didn’t have to jetpack up onto a skyscraper to get the height advantage that was readily available and so clearly needed
Also also, let’s not forget, or fail to understand/know, a quickly moving flying target is much, much harder to hit than a grounded stationary target

yeah it was
I loved this episode
It ok
I do take issue with the Republic pilot traveling from that base planet to Coruscant to Mando Jurassic Park planet in like...a day
Hyperspace travel be consistent challenge (failed instantly)
People still watch this?
Yep
Yeee
Omg the stupid empire lady in the new republic is so annoying lol
Like what is she doing
google mandalorian grogu will show up and force pull results from your screen
Ok now what

HOW TF WAS IT THIS BAD 💀💀💀 NO FUCKING WAY THEY HAD FUCKING LIZZO AND JACK FUCKING BLACK BE THE RULERS OF CLOUD COO COO LAND.
Not to mention the entire episode is fucking filler
Literally the last 5 min is what we want to see but fuck they rlly want to the local park and stated filminh
Show me any scene in the force awakens and then compare it to the final one. Tfa may be a bad movie but at least they actually knew how to film. I could’ve filmed the mandalorian with the shit ass camera there using
I know there was no way to make the B2 look good running but
It just looked like they mocapped some random parkour dude
What a fever dream of a episode, it’s like they had 4-5 really cool scene ideas and tried to implement a plot connecting them after filming
Omg it looked like a fucking dude running not a droid
Wtf are they doing
I rlly want there to be a confirmation that Kathleen Kennedy messed with the script
I feel bad if we have to blame Jon and Dave filoni
this show is dogshit
fs
fun filler episode
but its filler
the ending was cool but where is the plot in this episode
the last 10 minutes lol
Why? It’s their fault lol. They’ve been messing up shows since Mando S2
What in the fuck did I just watch
what happend to star wars lol
Useless, garbage side plot that makes Canto Bight look Oscar worthy. The worst fucking cgi in any episode of Mando or BoBF. Unbelievably bad dialogue. Wasting actors like Jack Black and Christopher Lloyd. And if all of that wasn't offensive enough: Lizzo
naaaaaaah they had fucking lizzo in a mando ep
I haven’t even watched the new ep and I don’t think I will at all 💀
"He was cut down by the Jedi in his prime." - Talking about a fucking 83 year old Dooku
don't
someone please explain to me why didnt the empire deactivate every rebel ship
I might watch it just to have ammo against the people who are defending it
Just don't give Disney+ the view for it
Noticed this while watching. They can't even do good editing anymore
the cgi in this episode was dogshit ngl
It looked like the non racing scenes in the 2008 Speed Racer movie, but set in The Capitol from Hunger Games
the droids
KATHLEEN KENNEDY DESTROYED MY CHILDHOOD WITH A RUSTY SHOVEL
The day that SW fans understand that Kathleen Kennedy is not the sole reason for any bad SW show or movie is that day that we get world peace
I'll watch it with my dad later
ngl I really wanted it to do the dodge slide from battlefront 2
Maybe it would've worked if they used a BX Commando instead of a B2
But like they had the budget to make more models
https://twitter.com/RynoRaging/status/1643539877617893376?s=20 wtf is the writing in this scene
This is the worst "#StarWars" I have ever seen! @Jon_Favreau & @BryceDHoward you should be ashamed and embarressed for making this garbage! If you thought #Grogu jumping was an embarrassing scene, check this out! #TheMandalorian #Mando #DisneyStarWarsIsntStarWars
145
notice how he doesnt blame filoni too

Favreau is the head and Bryce directed the episode. They're directly responsible. For all we know Filoni had absolutely nothing to do with it.
Both filoni and favreau are hacks
I've been saying this since mando s1
Filoni especially is lauded even after what he did to the CWMMP, it's baffling how he's treated like a perfect being by ignorant fans
filoni was dogshit as soon as how many episodes and what episodes were in TCW S7 was revealed
actually no
rebels
the knife on his neck, then 4 inches away, and then back on his neck
such a rough cut too
bruh
Was hoping for a sec she'd run grogu through with the sword
then go into cardiac arrest
god you guys are cringe
this must be an american thing because I have no idea who that is
you're lucky
NOOOO NOT MY WHOLESOME FILONI
HE SHOULD BE PRESIDENT OF LFL!!!!!!!!
IT WAS KKKATHLEEN KENNEDY AND DISNEY
lmao
her arm is palm-down in the first and last shots and palm-up in the middle
holy FUCK i cant wait for peakdor season 2
How
Din: repeatedly and purposely kicks and shoves reprogrammed battle droids despite being warned multiple times not do
Droids: become aggressive and then run away from him
Din:
Disney has a true talent to find the most cringiest black actress
This fourm today is spicy lmao
wym aint happening
Disney manages to take perfectly good stories and railroad them into the ground without fail
Too much control of their IPs
it will happen, its already been confirmed. fall 2024
Peakdor sweep
I should check out Andor
Ever since Kenobi let me down, I've only been keeping up with the TBB
Watch it
Andor S tier
I'll make time for it
Read it wrong. I've been awake for a while
^
Depends on when the release date is and if they planned far past season 1.
was 5 seasons then 4 then 2
Yeah because 5 seasons of this would take a decade
If they had a lot of plans before that change then yeah 3 would be the sweet spot
But we'll see what happens
Didn't they say season 2 would lead directly into rogue one?
If so a third season seems impossible
Well I meant moreso if they had a bunch of ideas for 5 seasons that they would have had to shorten for 2 seasons but I don't think that's the case
Honestly having a load of seasons is a bad idea for andor, I don't want it to be all mindless filler like in mandalorian
yea
I do think they know what they're doing
I'm just hoping it doesn't fall off
If Andor falls off

It will probably. Maybe Andor was a success bcs Disney didnt bet on it and let the showrunner do as he pleased. Now that the show is a hit, they will probably be more involved in it
Quitting SW as a whole
Agreed
showrunned didnt want to be stuck to star wars for ages thats why its only 2 now
no lol
no to what
It's the second time that success hit something Disney didnt expect
Rogue one was first
then disney bet heavily on Kenobi which fell quick behind Andor
Thats a pattern broski
i do think that andor should be 2 seasons, if theyre gonna keep the formula theyre planning for season 2
cause each 3-episode arc will be like a year apart, leading up to the events of rogue one
but if they do more than 2 seasons then thats ofc not gonna work
if tony gilroy has his way, yes
well lets hope for that
I mean Succession is worldwide hit and HBO agreed to stop it at 4 seasons
so there is hope
Tony gilroy and luna 💀 bro straight up doesn't want to film for years and years
We'll have to wait and see tho
A fat paycheck can change anyone's mind
yeah
This is HBO we're talking about, not the fucksticks over at Disney
What was everyone's initial reaction to seeing Grogu flipping around and befuddling another Mandalorian?
Obviously the best part of the episode is when Lizzo said Among Us
Some lazy, albeit expensive CG-wise bullshit that's probably supposed to be an allegory for mixed race couples that no one is going to perceive as such unless they're extremely political.
They get woke points because chronically online losers will see it. They will also get a reaction from those who oppose chronically online losers, because the chronically online losers are so insufferable due to being chronically online losers that there would naturally be opposition to them. Those opposed will incessantly post about it for a few hours, and there's no such thing as bad publicity.
I just saw it as a kind of a throwback to how the two races used to be at war and it's still kind of not accepted that they could be together
The mandalorians when bo-katan falls off a cliff (the cliff defeated her making it the rightful owner of the darksaber)
i think its just supposed to be "if you love fish so much, why dont you marry one??" and the deep saying "Ok
"
oh never mind
youre talking about mando and mon calamari
i thought you were talking about the boys with deep and the squid
cause you said hbo
but the boys isnt even hbo
skele tweakin off the perkys frfr
What the fuck
christ cameos have given people brainrot
BRO THIS EPISODE HAS A JACK BLACK CAMEO IN IT SO AT LEAST AN 8
cameodalorian
I talk about HBO and unrelated mixed race shit used for political bait and you somehow translate that to The Deep literally fucking fish in a shock bait Amazon Prime show?
hold on you're talking about mixed race couples?
yes
Wizard of the Coast thinks thats cringe
whar?
I can't empathize, but I sympathize. Fair enough.
WOTC try not to completely ruin their own game
(impossible)
This is the second time in recent memory
hmmm today I shall google the aragorn art for the LoTR MtG crossover
<------clueless
Yes. Although the current dialogue of mixed race couples is wildly outdated, due to the effect of Hollywood and those with similar thinking to Hollywood, as shown in the garbage premise and dialogue in the recent Mando episode.
I don't know
google it
Feel free to dm though
no i don't
smh you guys
Burgers?
star wars?
memesoon more like memenever
google it
Memeataninconvenienttime
bruh its kinda racist I aint posting it
It's not remotely

As the child of a mixed raced couple who are the children of two mixed raced couples, I approve
It's not that racist 💀
@buoyant marten you post it then
Ok
im not taking the risk
@plush wind ban this racist fella
Soon

Borgir
jk the burgers meme I meant was this one
james bond burger
Wotc moment
Because apparently y'all who aren't black+hispanic+American Indian + Asian + eastern and western European are too scared
no no, they're against mixed race couples
hey look im not risking it
It is but mando s2 gave everyone hope that starwars was gonna work in there hands, I guess not
I noticed that shit too 💀💀💀
I think this episode was worse piece of starwars ever. The sequels were better and even kenobi was better than fucking lizzolorian
they will lol they confirmed it and they both wont do more lol
By end of season 4, Grogu will have his own Mandalorian armor. Disney will create a billion stuffed animals of it. Target and Walmart shelves will be full for months on end.
The thought of it taking another whole season to reach that point is worse to me
yeah cos no one will buy them

istg now that i think about it
future kids in school may be analyzing stonetoss comics in their history class
No doubt. Only question is if they'll be seeing real stonetoss comics or edited ones based on an agenda
He straight up bodied mando, I have never seen a more based droid
Finished what the Flashback B2 could not
Which reminds me that they could've had a "B2 battle droids killed my parents" moment, but they want to ignore any way to turn the story in any darker, more meaningful direction.
Amazing what not watching a show that a specific thread is for can do to a man
cus bo knows he was a kid during the war so no need to say it again
Could've had Mando have more of a conviction against these old Separatist battledroids
Don't think just watch and enjoy
Perhaps he can work around his past with astromechs or IG-11, but I have a hard time trying to believe that Mando isn't even phased by this whole separatist army
Haha look super battle droid
That's what I do
Hey remember Dooku?
Watch and enjoy, think about it after
he is phased but he knows he can take them on so
especially when most are reprogrammed fully
This episode was good filler, though missed an opportunity for character development.
Are they going to do anything with uh, Romeo and Juliet if it were a sushi diet?
No
Oh yeah, because every fucking kid on every planet had their parents murdered by battle droids. Bo-Katan knows that. That's why she was so immediately understanding from the very start. (Sarcasm for the Australians)
bo knows where din is from so
Fire Jon Favreau
Ops on moff Gideon coming back
I doubt they'd put that scene in at the end last week to end up being like "yeah he died offscreen lmao"
I genuinely expect this season to end with a shot of the woman on coruscant sending a message to her boss
“Stay safe lol the new republic is onto you”
"missed an opportunity for character development" is literally recent star wars summed up in a single sentence
Yeah this was really bad
Jack black is fucking goated too
Christopher lloyd felt weird
wonderful
they didnt write a end, doesnt mean it has no direction
Star Wars fans when they can't comprehend the writers of all these shows (Failoni) are hacks
I knew it was a good idea to jump ship after season 2
holy shit
they blew their entire creature cgi budget on zeb
thats why every other species apart from zeb looks like a bootleg muppet
also
watching the mandalorians was great
ep5 was great
very enjoyable
i wish they would do more coordinated military unit scenes
though the bo katan part was a bit weird
dont know what i should think of it
also
gideon escaping?
mandalorians???
OMG the b2 running scene😂
Imagine B2s having that runspeed in this game
It’s just sad that Dave filoni came up with this
I mean his past work was pretty good tbf
What Rebels?
Cw lol
Bad batch
Star Wars fans are hopeless
I’ve been saying this shit since Mando S1 💀
People praise him for TCW, like no TCW is where it all started to go wrong!
U think the CW is bad?
Yes
All of it??
It had some good aspects but the ramifications and the retcons it did hurt existing SW lore more than “save” it
Mostly filoni’s fault. His clone chip retcon, Barriss Offee, pacifist Mandalorians and Grievous being the main ones
Just look them up if you want more info
He’s the reason why the clone wars multimedia project was scrapped
He gave us some good episodes with Anakin and the clones, but he completely RUINED Barriss and Grievous’ characters (though tbf, Grievous was already ruined by ROTS, he just doubled down on it)
And now the Mandalorian / BOBF
YOOO BOWSER IN THE NEW EP CRAZYYYYY
This show doesnt feel like its about the mandalorian anymore
Its about mandalorians and mandalore
Not Din

why he in a goofy ass uniform on some random base
