Found a location where the doors on the cabinet at the end of the hall would not open after the scan. An artifact was inside and you could not get to it. See the clip

Even as the dead I was able to open the cabinet but nothing was inside. It should have been there though. It wasn’t going off anywhere else only right there and nothing was in the next room
