Issue with Zig setup

Hello!
I'm currently trying to set up the server by following this guide video: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=5ob6tmorDZY, but I ran into a couple of questions.
Around the 2:05 mark in the video, it shows a file named setup-env.ps1. However, in my folder, I can only see start-zigrika instead. Is it correct for me to run this start-zigrika file as an administrator?
Also, when I ran it as an administrator, I encountered the error shown in the attached image. Could anyone please tell me why this is happening and how to fix it?

this script installs zig 0.16 3059 dev version, but now you have to install zig 0.16 and add it to environment variable and if you are using 3.3 client then you have to switch to "lts" branch which you can do by opening a terminal, cmd or powershell inside the "zigrika" folder or using "cd zigrika" and writing "git switch lts" but if you are using 3.4 client then you can use it as it is

the current script installs everything correctly

it installs 0.16.0
