having issues with 1.7 trigger-rs (connection failed)

had this issue with 1.6 and 1.6.2. figured id just try it with 1.7 and still and error - downloaded the 1.7.0 client directly (did not patch from a older version)

re-create your database, 1.6/1.7 format different because some features from 1.6 aren't pulled to 1.7 branch
