When you download visual studio you should go to install then press modify and add visual c++and download it

If you're having an issue with the sdk while downloading you can manually download sdk depending on which windows ur using (10 or 11)

Go to and get the win32 version
Unzip it to the C drive,
My Computer - Right click - Properties - Advanced System Settings - Environment Variables - Path - Edit - New - Add c:\mingw64\bin - OK
And try again.
