when I take 3 points in Vitality Talant (2 from my gear and one from Wyrmling) i have my life decreased from 10500 to 10095. Rank 1 works good though

That one gives a random bonus, including HP.
The middle one.

absolutely. and I dont have any gear in my inventory at that moment
the only thing i was changing was the Wyrmling point from lvl 100 (bottom ones) so It was a surprise when I took Vitality bonus from Wyrmling my HP immediately went down

I managed to replicate it.
The order seems to matter.
GB first then wyrmling = bug
Other way around works, try it.

So just reequip the vitality gear and the bonus should apply properly.

can't reproduce atm cos I gave the gear with Vitality talant to GB because I thought it is bugged anyway
and Vitality in GB is still LVL 1
