Aside from the various types of love in her songs, lyrics that are deeply personal which tugs the listener's heartstrings is something I really like yet not like at the same time since I would realize that I actually relate to what she's trying to convey. It's odd lol! Or lyrics that may seem unfamiliar yet familiar at the same time. goldtayco

taylor explores themes of vulnerability beautifully. i think that might be my favourite even though she writes about so many different themes. her ability to be arguably candid and vulnerable is very well done in songs like my tears ricochet and wouldve, couldve, shouldve. i think the skill of being vulnerable and so able to lay your heart out like that is fading but she manages to do it so well and it's obvious she thrives there too. songs like loml also really help this case because the song sounds organic and you can really hear her emotions
