My favorite app on my phone is Libby because I love to read books from my local library. I also like Hoopla, but Libby has the better user interface, less glitches, and I can use multiple library cards at once. The only advantage to Hoopla is that you can instantly borrow anything on there, no matter how popular/in demand it is.
