Well this one is fairly clear to me. I remember the first time I became a swiftie - November 14th, 2023. It happened because my friend recommended her to me on November 11th, which you may notice to be Remembrance day. I was at a WW1 and WW2 memorial event at the time, where people came in to share either personal wartime experience or artefacts and written work from parents/grandparents during the wars. Obviously with the 1900s theme of Timeless, with lyrics such as "you were headed off to fight in the war" I am reminded of some of the things I had seen on that day. The line "I would've read your love letters every single night" brings to mind in particular a set of letters during the wartime, shown to me by someone who's parents had sent them back and forth during wartime. Reading about these experiences was truly fascinating, and it's something I think about every time the first notes of Timeless play on spotify
