When I was younger I had a pool party with my family and it was absolutely pouring so we had to stay under the roof or whatever but we decided to go inside in the hot tub so we all took a like mat that floats in the pool and stood under it and ran inside lol

So this one time at band camp, we were about to run through pregame when it started raining. And it wasn’t like a light rain either; it was a full blown downpour. Our director decided to keep rehearsal going outside anyway, so we played on anyway. Slight problem for me… I was only wearing a t-shirt and shorts. After we finished our run through, I was completely drenched in water. I think our director took us back inside after that because it was about to become a thunderstorm.

This isn’t really rain related but oh well. It was raining super hard and then we had to go home. The way my old school worked was that there was a small school building a couple blocks away from the main one. Btw this was in a city, and we were kids w no drivers license. So the plan was to walk to the main building so that we could get picked up by our parents ( a teacher was walking with us bc our city is really unsafe). So on the way back to the main building we see these two homeless dudes fighting over smth. It was really pooring down rain so idk what. Then one of them grabbed an ice pick and stabbed the other with it. An ambulance had to come and by the time we made it back to the main building everyone was traumatized

Yes actually. It was like idk 15 years ago when I was like 3 or 4 and we were on vacation in the Netherlands. Heavy thunderstorm started and my mum took us all the way back to our vacation home (it was a five minute walk) while our dad packed all the stuff we had brought with us to the beach. Just a few minutes later we see one of the blankets flying away because of the wind like in one of those cartoon scenes. My sister and I started crying — our dad was totally fine, he just lost the blanket to the wind.

I was a good runner but I hate track so much. My senior year I did the 800 meter race and it was dark out pouring rain. And after I finished I laid in the football field grass laughing like it's finally over with rain pouring on me. I love rhe rain only thing better is snow. I'll literally walk outside to get rained on

I was on a school camp and we were all on the top of a hill when it started raining heavily, and I was trying to warm myself up next to a fire until the rain got too heavy for us to be out of the tents. they had to come and pick us up to take us back to the camp dorms in the middle of the night
