I just went to my first concert (that’s not Taylor Swift, unfortunately), but me and my sister purchased a VIP Package that included the ticket and some exclusive VIP merch. However, we arrived there like…40 Minutes before the show started and they only gave us something that wasn’t even part of the VIP package (the lady said “that’s all that was handed to her”). I’m slightly upset because I was looking forward to getting some stuff, and I still think we should’ve gotten some stuff because we paid for it. Do y’all know what I should do? Or is there nothing we can do about this? 😭👀
