You have to „sell“ it on fansale but you can just make the price 1€ and select that you only can buy them to who you sent the link

When you try to sell tickets, at the bottom there you can choose that option

So I don't think it's possible to change the name without reselling the ticket to yourself via fanSALE as described above (↗︎https://www.fansale.de/fansale/sell_tickets.htm). Otherwise, the only option is probably to take a risk and hope that, similar to other big concerts, they don't check the ticket names of the thousands of people. But maybe it's safer (if more annoying) to trade everything back again and then resell (even though they'll charge you a service fee of 10 €)

If you want to buy tickets you should check Eventim’s FanSale page, that is the only site where you can guarantee the tickets are 100% legit. I personally made a deal on eBay where they wanted some money first and then let me buy the tickets for their usual price on the FanSale page but that was hella pricey and definitely had some risks of its own.

But for Olivia it was like that because the pit vip tickets didn't sell out (on most europe stops) for 300+ €, so they had to convert the rest last minute into normal pit tickets that were less pricey. The will call window was to pick up those tickets because they were personalized and for the silver star tickets that were released a few weeks before.

But I don't think they will miss out on the opportunity to sell more tickets + make more money. Oh, I see. The green stickers are sometimes required in city centers (generally in environmental zones). According to the Federal Environment Agency (Umweltbundesamt, first link below), a large part of Gelsenkirchen is indeed an environmental zone, including the stadium. But you can order a sticker or learn more about them on the second and third websites below. (There seem to be several suppliers. Others may deliver faster than TÜV Süd, depending on where you live)

A short report from today's concert. (July 17, Front of Stage left.)
We arrived at the waiting area for FOS left at about 9 am and had 246 people in front of us (plus VIP). (The queue has filled up rather slowly though.) (For the waiting areas see https://fkpscorpio.de/fileadmin/user_upload/FKP_de/Downloads/Schalker-Feld_Taylor_Swift_Plan_Anstellbereich-Drop-Off-Pick-Up.jpg.)
Upon entering the queue, we were all given a number so you can move freely out of the queue to go to the restroom or the merch truck, for example. (However, if you put a blanket in the queue, you should sometimes go back, as you have to move up in between).
There were helpers walking around handing out 0.5 liter water bottles. At the first-aid stands, you could get water-repellent blankets for free, either to sit on or to cover yourself with. (Friendship bracelets were accepted as an optional payment method though.) Everyone was super nice and mood was awesome, despite a short, cold heavy rain followed by a bit of sweltering heat!

At 4:30 pm, we were slowly let in. With our queue position, we reached about the marked location on the picture below. Before the start, people with orange flags were handing out free cups of water. Between the pre-act (around 6:30 pm) and Taylor Swift (7:45 pm, but I'm not sure here) cups of water were passed around from the stage, as is often the case. The concert ended at around 11 pm. Afterwards we took some photos and exchanged friendship bracelets and were at the pick-up zone at midnight.

It all seemed well organized and was a great experience! :) I wish everyone who has a concert ahead of them an incredible amount of fun and a wonderful time! :)

One more question, y’all. I was able to generate one ticket for the free transportation through the Veltins arena FAQ https://kombiticket.eventim.de/eventimpass/login . However I only got one QR code. Do I have to generate one for every person under my ticket order? It doesn’t let me do that. Any help is appreciated

You can buy snacks (at least in the FOS area, but certainly everywhere else too, as far as I know with cash and card). I didn't buy anything, but I saw people with fries and pretzels. I'm sure there is something sugary too. We smuggled in Traubenzucker and chocolate bars

The area was well ventilated. There was a cool breeze regularly. At the beginning it was very cramped, especially since some people were squeezing back and forth. Later there was more space, which was pretty good for dancing. (Perhaps especially if you dance a lot!)

They allow battery packs no larger than your phone. (A very vague guideline, ours were about the same size as our phones, just a little wider.)
Officially, no snacks from outside are allowed. Small snacks can be smuggled in and are probably not a problem.
If you arrive long before the gates open, make sure you take enough water with you. Small water bottles were also distributed in the FOS waiting areas, which some people also took inside. (I don't know to what extent this is officially allowed.
It says that you can only bring empty soft plastic bottles up to 0.5 liters.) Inside, in the FOS area, there were people with orange flags handing out free water cups. However, as it is very narrow, you have to be a little lucky to get them close. You may have to squeeze and fight a little. Cups of water were distributed from the stage between the opening act and Taylor. To do this, you had to draw attention to yourself
Unfortunately, I have no idea about public transport

After show leaving was awful tho (even more awful than u might think), so def prepare for a long ride

I arrived at like 17:20 at the arena but I had to walk around the whole thing to get to my entry (west)

due to so many people outside & not enough space it was sadly just a huge blob of people who wanted to get to the other side of the stadium

I got in at like 18:10 so def plan some time with entry (take water with you & a hat or sum)
