It's difficult. I am unsure if you can go through Ticketmaster or AXS. You can go through Twickets, Viagogo and Stubhub. Most people who use those sites inflate the prices. Whether you do or don't is ultimately up to you. I believe that all of them offer protection.
If you chose to sell directly to a fan, I don't know what advise to give to prevent scams. It's a bit of a minefield.

You could also sell to someone sat outside Wembley stadium for raw hard cash. I'm sure there will be plenty

Your main chances to get water are between sets and other little pauses during them, people hold up their hand to signal they want water while it’s being passed out til someone holds out. I got one little cup of water and could’ve grabbed 2-3 more but it’s really important to go in fully hydrated so that it’s mostly just about getting your mouth wet (bring gum too for dry mouth but make sure you put it back in its wrapper and not on the floor lol)
