There is, it’s mandatory by Scottish and UK law. However those at front won’t want to loose their spots. Water is usually a big black plastic bin with water in it. Security usually hand it out with cups over barrier. I’m talking with experience here, I’ve been over barrier twice. Once I was fine, needed to follow a friend, and the other time was with crushed ribs.
