I’ll tell you this, remember these two words, production holds. There will be up to maybe 2,000 tickets available maybe 2 weeks before the event. They are held back in order to give the production some lea-way if they need more of the floor for the staging. If they don’t, they will put them on sale just days to weeks before, even on the day is common. This will go for all shows.

Those tickets will go quickly. When Harry Styles played Ibrox, there was 500 released at 4pm the night before. They sold in seconds. They were released to folk with a Glasgow (G), Paisley (PA) and Kilmarnock (KA) postcode. I had a friend who was offered one. She didn’t take it up, she had a friend who had an extra as someone else dropped off or something. It will be worth hanging around right at the last minute in Europe.

That’s normal. They get their assistance person in for £0. Industry standard. Disabled fans had to go through the same hoops as a led fans. This is now standard as they found too many we’re getting around the system. Often accessibility sections are final sale too. The Apple wallet link is now no longer a thing for Ticketmaster or Axs. They have their own QR code thing on their apps now. Your best best now is resale. I’ve heard a fact from a customer who works in the industry in Scotland, there’s only like 10% of tickets left per show, the presale demand has been that high.

I like Ed Sheeran, his tickets are now final sale, no resale. He has folk who if they find folk selling his tickets on resale, they are refunded, or even voided and resold to a genuine fan who will go.

Europa League Final was crazy. I missed out via the club by around 100 points. Bought one on Secondary for £1,250. Then managed to get last minute returns from UEFA and bought 4. My partner bought 3.

Resold my third party ticket for £1,250 (what I paid) and sorted friends/family out for Face Value. Someone ended up with 7 tickets - could've made 5k by selling the ones I didn't need but mates come first.

Realistically, Scotland (5M people), doesn't need a 70k+ venue. We have 4 venues 50k+, which is only really needed for two football clubs.
