Probably something like « Navette Groupama stadium » or « Navette OL Vallée ». You won’t be able to miss it, it has its on departure station away from every other tramways

Red is the train station and all the city tram lines. And green is the navette departure point

From what I’ve read it’s every 7 to 9 minutes.

Yes ! And I think they are doing some kind of crowd control to ensure not everybody rushes to the tram and go in separate lines to the right one so you should be ok as well 😊

adding to this message #1120757482713796638 message, even if you can't catch the direct tramway, you can always go to the T3 station " Décines Grand Large" to catch a tramway that would take you back towards Lyon (if that's where you're going).
And then you would need regular transport tickets once you get inside Lyon ofc, but around the stadium, it's so crowded everywhere that no one checks tickets...

Beware if you're claustrophobic, there might be some pushing etc on transport

they stated that on the TCL website I believe, however I wouldn't recommend the express tram going to the stadium ngl if you can go to the stadium ealier by other means.

Taking metro A to Vaulx en Velin will be much quicker compared to the T3 tramway (also less crowded), and then from there you can take the T7 to go to the stadium.
I'd advise going to the stadium NOW, it's starting to get really saturated by this time already

by 4pm you really shouldn't be aiming for the express tram anymore, the ride isn't long but it's the waiting lines that's horrible so I seriously advise you to take Metro A then T7, avoid the direct express tram
