The only way I got tickets to Philadelphia was because Ticketmaster emailed me saying they messed up and set aside 2 tickets for me. Hopefully they do that here.

i don’t think it really matters. the main thing you have to worry about is getting a good “spot” in the line but if you get a good one it doesn’t matter if you’re on the phone or not. you’ll be fine! good luck🫶
