This time round, it’s even harder to trust the resellers because tickets will only be available 2 weeks before the concert. That’s plenty of time for scammers to run with the money?

2 weeks is pretty early compared to a lot of othe events where ticketmaster releases them 48hrs before, also depends where you are buying them since stubhub is pretty anti-seller

Interesting, the concerts I’ve gone to recently have tickets released pretty early by TM, upon purchase. Anw, yeah the person that got scammed bought from Carousell, where users literally lost millions to scammers last year alone. I guess stubhub is safer, but still, having to pay a premium to the scalpers is just against my principles.

carousell you should only accept meetups like come on now. stubhub sucks for buyers and sellers since they double dip, they take a 15% buyer fee and then a 10% seller fee so for a 1k ticket thats 150 and 100 from each side

but its definitely super buyer sided because if the seller made a ticket detail mistake like wrong date or section youre going to get fucked by either 100% sale price penalty fee or cost to get equivalent replacement tickets

Probably I don't think they would let you use the same account to que for tickets and I heard opening multiple tabs to try to que would result in an error
