Honestly, after reading about resellers who are literally buying boxes of merch and who dont even have tickets to the concert, i think I prefer them selling the merch inside the actual venue. Its not fair for the fans and for the people who went through hell and back to get tickets to then have to deal with the merch chaos.

They either need to verify that you have a ticket or just sell inside the venue on each floor
