My list of tips and general information as someone who has survived the bullshit of Ticketmaster several times.

Presale: There will be two different presales. The Ticketmaster Verified Fan “TAYLORSWIFTTIX” Presale

and the Capital One Cardholder Exclusive Presale
https://www.taylorswift.com/capitalone/

The Verified Fan Presale selects people at random to give codes to. How early you signed up does not matter. Ticketmaster Verified Fan Presale will begin on November 15th at 10AM local venue time.

The Capital One Presale will be the same. Any Capital One Cardholder can use the first 6 digits of their card number as a presale code and get in, you just need to use that card to pay. This presale begins on November 15th at 2:00 PM local venue time.

On the morning of the presale. Do not use multiple devices, Ticketmaster will log you out and glitch out if you do. Create your account and enter all your payment information beforehand so that way, once you pick your seats you won’t have to waste time entering all your information in. Log into the website at about an hour before (9AM) and you will have to wait to be placed in a virtual waiting room which will eventually lead you to a virtual queue DO NOT REFRESH THIS PAGE AT ANY TIME UNLESS YOU WANT TO LOSE YOUR PLACE IN LINE and this will lead you to the page where you can choose seats. General tickets are going to be no cheaper than $49 and no higher than $449. VIP tickets are going to be no cheaper than $199 and no higher than $899. If you do not get tickets I would use this pricing to find a “reasonable” price for resale tickets. Don’t pay ridiculously more for it it’s not worth it.

Also those who bought Lover Fest tickets get first priority in the presale codes.

i will say if you have no luck getting tickets during the presales or normal on sale

don't be like disheartened (i think that's the word)

because you can (in most cases ymmv) get tickets if you're patient the week of and they're sometimes some really good seats!!!

the biggest example i can give of this is from lady gaga's chromatica ball tour from earlier this year

for here at metlife that shit was SOLD SOLD like there was stragglers left but they were GONE as it got closer to and it was only expensive ass resale left

until one night i saw new seats put out the week of and i was like OOOOO and then the next night it happened again

and just about i wanna say at midnight maybe the "night" before i got a good ass spot and didnt' have to pay crazy amounts on resale

and then here's the seat for context
