I have a random question for y'all...and please don't be mad at me for what I'm about to say/ask 🥲 . So, I am not Mexican. However, I love tacos (with just the meat, cheese, and sour cream). What I don't love is hard taco shells and just corn shell in general. My question is...is it such a bad thing that I don't like those and much prefer flour shell, instead? I've tried corn shell, numerous times, but my taste buds always just reject it 🤷‍♀️

I really, really hate how expensive sushi is, here. I've been craving sushi for weeks. Do I get it, or can I even afford it often-ish? No :/

My mom and sis are ordering dinner for themselves from a restaurant. I'd join them, except...no matter how I look at it, it's too much food and I'm starting to really hate leftovers from restaurants because you're stuck with those leftovers for days.

At least with sushi, I can eat that in one sitting without having to worry, and I don't even eat all that much. Just about 6 or 8 little rolls (depending on which sushi restaurant you're going to or ordering from) with 2 nigiri or sashimi. And that is a perfect amount for me. I have a small stomach, so I can't really eat any more than that amount, anyway

Btw, my mom and sister are not ordering sushi, tonight (sadly). They're just ordering from a different restaurant.

It's still frustrating to me, though, because as usual, I'm left on my own to figure out what to do for dinner, but I can't afford to order food on my own, and there's nothing at home that sounds good to me

Breakfast for me is mostly nothing as I'm usually not hungry until lunch. But sometimes, if I do get hungry enough for breakfast, I'll grab an egg. Sometimes, just plain waffles and warm them up. I don't add anything to them, anymore, like syrup or whipped cream (as much as I love whipped cream)

5: I'm a chef by profession, and Spaghetti and Meatballs is one of my signature dishes that I prepare at home.

First I baked the sponge cake (8 eggs 8 spoon of sugar and 8 big spoon of flour (but you can add more, the point is to keep the ratio (I worked with double) + cocoa powder (and I did added A LOT of dark chocolate, so the base actually turned out like a brownie for me)), then I mixed out the cream (I boiled the strawberries and then added the jam-like stuff to the whipped cream) then I cut the base into 4 sheets these broke due to the brownie-like texture, but I didn't panicked, the first layer went into the cakemold → then the cream → cooled for 10 minutes → next sponge and cream layer → chill for 10 minutes → next spongecake and cream layer + finish spongecake → I left it in the fridge all night → in the morning it was already good, then I just cut it into shape, what I cut from the bottom I packed on top so that it was in the shape of an orb, then I spread it all with butter cream (250g butter and 6 large spoons of powdered sugar) first you need a very thin layer, which must stand in the fridge (this is to avoid crumbs), then you can slowly add the rest of the buttercream layer by layer and fridge resting time
