I'll definitely love this channel. Here is my last baking. Very easy to do but good and quite healthy.
I mixed 130g of oats with two bananas and I added 70g of chocolate (next time I'll try with cranberries or some nuts). Then I gave the shape and to finish, 20min in the oven at 180°C. Very good, it feeds and I think it's perfect for breakfast !

(I know, in the box it looks burnt but it isn't) (and I'm pretty bad with pictures)

I love how French people gathered in the channel about food. It reminds my time in the UK. I wanted to enroll to a random course to practise English. The responsible for the cooking degree wanted to take me directly in the last year of studies because I'm French.
Anyways, tonight I taught an Irish friend how to cook a tartiflette

you slice finely 200g of onion and you dice 1kg of potatoes.
You brown the onions and after that, you add the potatoes. You can also add a bit of white wine. When potatoes become soft, you add diced bacon (200g)
In a platter, you rub garlic then you add the mixture.
You take a reblochon cheese (but, you can also change the recipe with any soft rind cheese such as camembert) and you cut it in two. You add it at the top of the platter and your dish goes in the oven for 20min at 200°C/392°F.
Then, you are ready to eat until explosion !

🥞then the pancakes:
-1 cup of oats

• 1 whole egg
• 1 scoop of protein(i put vanilla or cookies and cream.. but it depends on you✨)
• 1 banana
• 1/2 cup of almond milk
• pinch of baking soda
  first i blend the oats to make oat flour but you could also just keep them whole. the texture will be different tho!
  then i add all the other ingredients in blender and blend till smooth. and then you just put a little bit of olive oil on your pan(make sure you spread it well) and you’re ready to make your pancakes^^

for toppings i usually just heat up some frozen berries and chicory sirup

but they also pair very well with nut butters

haha it's a three-bean salad of sorts! Here's what I used in this variation:

A. kidney beans, black beans, and garbanzo beans (drained & rinsed w/ cold water)

B. chopped:

• cilantro
• broccoli (small bite-sized pieces)
• onion
• green onions
• tomatoes
• candied jalapenos (our neighbor makes these)

C. seasonings:

• salt
• pepper
• basil
• Italian seasoning

D. dressing:

• French vinaigrette

This salad or any bean-based salad is best chilled. It tastes even better the next couple of days as the beans soak up all the flavors overtime.

I just make salads out of what's available in our kitchen at the time. The first time I made a three-bean salad, I had cucumbers and feta cheese instead of broccoli which tasted great too

You Need

• 1 1/2 cups half & half (I used almond milk and it still turned out delicious)

• 1 tsp vanilla

Sausage & Tortellini Soup

Soup Mix:
Sausage (like a Jimmy Dean chub) 18oz
Cornstarch 2 TBS
Chicken Bullion 4 tsp
Italian Seasoning 1TBS
Prepared Cream Sauce 8oz (1 cup milk, 2TBS butter and 2TSB flour-make roux and then simmer, stirring until a nice and thick consistancy)
Tortellini (filled with anything, I prefer cheese filled for this) 18oz
Fresh Spinach 10oz

Toppings:
Scallions x4
Parmesan Cheese
Lemon x1 (or just some lemon juice)

Instructions

1. In a large stock pot cook sausage (breaking up meat into pieces) until mostly cooked

2. In a small bowl, mix cornstarch with 2 TBSP water until smooth

3. Stir bullion, cornstarch mixture, Italion seasoning, and 4 cups water into pot with sausage. Cover and bring to a boil.

4. Stir in cream sauce, tortellini, and spinach. Cook, uncovered, stirring occasionally, until slightly thickened, tortelloni are tende, appr. 3-4 minutes (use the time listed on your tortellini for a better estimated time)

5. Top your soup with shredded parmesan cheese, sliced scallion greens and a squeeze of lemon

6. ENJOY!
