A house with four units. All units are equipped with a minibar and microwave, for food on rainy days or when the Sim just doesn't want to leave the house. The bathrooms and kitchen are shared among all residents, as is the recreation area. The communal kitchen is complete, located outside, but covered. In the hallways, vending machines are available, as is a small laundry room on the first floor. The outdoor areas offer a jacuzzi, space for yoga and meditation, lunette, barbecue and a chess table. The bathrooms are divided between the shower and the toilet space, with two units of each, one on each floor.

The Grand Castle Estate

A generous contribution by the Thebe family estate has allowed for The Grand Castle to be restored. In dedication to Cordelia’s love of music and pirates, the first production held in the newly constructed Grand Hall was the swashbuckling opera “H.M.S. Eppsilon”. Other rooms include the Small Hall, used primarily for chamber music concerts, as well as the The De Pablo Wing and Goneril-Regan Wing, which house some important history generously donated by the Thebe Estate. There is also the rooftop "Long Johns' Bar".

"The Grand Castle Estate" - Residential

Renewed to its late middle-age splendor, the Grand Castle Estate offers an impressing reception and ballroom in the entrance for gatherings. The kitchen is right next to the banquet for a swift service. A dining room to dine for with a lavatory. Well tended gardens all around for light walks or cooling down after a night of dancing. Up the stairs we can find the children's apartment and play room with an access to the roof. The library filled with books right next to the office. There is a painting room and the staff room leading the laundry room. And lets not forget the shrine in the back for whom feels the need to meditate. Up again to reach the Lady's apartment including a boudoir and a nursery. Finally the Lord's apartments. All these stones get cold in winter, so each bedrooms has a source of heat and since it is all candlelit, avoid roaming at night, some statue might have a frightful look in the dark... or is it the shadow of something else...

My idea: the once luxurious castle has turned into an abandoned ruins, where young people spend their evenings around the fire and on the dance floor! There are no rules anymore!
History: Landgraab family bought this estate years ago. It even belongs to Johnny Zest. But after, as we know, his parents turned away from their son. So he was unable to maintain the condition of the castle. But he often tells his jokes here to his best friends and guests of these ruins!
What's now? Now the place is quite popular, so exhibitions and DJ concerts are held here. And although only the bases of the walls remain from the rooms, maybe Johnny Zest can restore this castle and become a popular comedian! Maybe. One day for sure!

Over the years, LandGraab Industries has preserved the exterior's timeless elegance but recently demolished the interior for unnamed reasons. Now we know the reason. They have have built a shelter for displaced Sims from all the challenges. Rags to Riches Sims can come here for a hot meal and a shower. Sims kicked out of the 100 baby challenge can get a new start here. Elderly Sims moved out of their Generations home can find new family here.

The Grand Castle Estate
This classic castle was once owned by the enchanting Princess Cordelia and is renowned as one of her numerous estates. The new owner wanted to restore some of the grandeur of old, as well as add some new creature comforts.
The first 2 floors are for hosting big events with the banquet hall and kitchen waiting to be filled with grand meals. Library and drawing room to the other side for after meals. then up to the guest rooms.
The top 2 floors are more for the new owner, with his private rooms starting here, although all guests do have access to the balcony on this level. The very top floor is the main living area of the new owner - he does love parties though, so has included a dance floor up here fro when hosting something a little more intimate! He also wanted his space to feel a little different to the formal areas of the castle, so had the stone sandblasted to have a warmer colour in his home areas.

This is Castle Cordelia, once the domain of Princess Cordelia herself, now belongs to the Landgraab family and it has been ingeniously transformed into a castle-hotel. Its ancient walls and towering turrets now house a serene wellness area on the ground floor and a luxurious restaurant in the upper towers. Each room is adorned with antique charm, but tread cautiously when venturing near Room 10, for whispers of otherworldly occurrences have long surrounded its door. Some say the ghost of Princess Cordelia herself still roams its halls.

This home used to be the vacation home of a wealthy CEO of Somebuznis-Or-Other, though she mysteriously stopped visiting the property after her wife and daughter's premature death (the causes of which has nothing to do with this home). This old bulding used to be a warehouse,now converted to a cafe and apartment in a modern industrial style, the owner of a cafe lives in the upstairs,she sels coffe and delicious food,along side her employees, this place quickly became the most popular cafe in san myshuno! the owner-Rose is very well know among the local residents,not only for making delicious coffe and food,but also for being a main vocalist in the rock band!

PS.The "greenhouse" part is "fake" ,you can still go there from inside the bulding,but the windows and the outside door are placed by using bb.moveobjects + alt,so they don't go down,if you want them to do so,draw walls so it becomes a room! I also play test the whole build so everything should be working fine!

I made this wonderfully modern shell into a tastefully hyper-modern residential house for a artsy werewolf family, consisting of two parents, one sreamer son and one geeky daughter. The house is fitted with a full library, arts room, full kitchen, large infinity pool, outdoor bar/music stage, outdoor childrens play area, an outdoor kitchen and a deck converted into a party place. The build comes to a total of fifteen packs and 238,177 Simoleons.

Lot name: Modern Midcentury Madness, Galerie ID: SimsinVienna, I made this a one family vacation home. I lowered the whole building, so the ground floor is the basement with a sauna, laundry room and gym. I wanted to embrace the oasis springs midcentury style and was really vibing with this tropical inside outside feeling.

This lot is a community space perfect for being creative with paints, meeting up with friends or sharing your love for music. This is a deluxe spa complex, with a gym, cafe, an indoor pool with spectator seating, an outdoor kids and toddler pool, a yoga roof, massage chairs and tables, steam rooms, energising crystal showers, what I pretend is a sulphur bath, and a staff room with beds and an office.

What is unique about this build is the glass roofs above, mimicking waves of water, that are the perfect spot for solar panels, catching the light. Instead of building columns underneath the second storey, I raised the terrain, which is what felt most natural to me.

I built this as a spa I would be happy to go to the cafe of. I'd probably never use the gym (I am not a gym bunny!!), but go to a yoga class when there's an offer on. I'd be envious of all the blissed out customers coming up from downstairs, having had a deep tissue massage, and eventually ask for a massage voucher for my birthday.

I imagine the spa to value its staff, which is why it has a spacious staff room, and they're eco-concious because focusing on the health of our bodies leads to also caring about the health of our planet, so that's why they have solar panels. If I could choose, I'd have the cafe serve vegan cakes and chia puds along with 10 different fresh smoothies, and only ethical coffee brands. Sigh, I wish it were real!

This was a difficult one 🙂 The shell shape reminded me of the brutalist aesthetic so I decided to go down that route for the exterior. It is a residential lot, it has an infinity pool and a large outdoor area to hangout. I built it on a 50x40 lot in Copperdale, the views there are stunning and the nature is very lush and green, it helped to soften the exterior a little bit. As for the interior, it also has some harsh elements like concrete walls and flooring here and there, but the colors are warm toned, which made the interior cosy. There are 3 bedrooms, a gaming room and a streaming/filming room. Costs 148.679 simoleons.
