As someone who has only been using magic spell builds for around more then a year, ice magic currently feels very outdated. With no new spells in ages, ice magic feels like it lacks a big finishing move, and it is the only magic without a legendary spell currently

I am sure they will add new Legendary Ice Magic they already add judgement of thunder for lighting.
We also got new Ice Bat bond Artifact.
I believe it is just a matter of time and game balancing issues for Devs.
