Fragment of Nastrond not proccing the Ice Vine Artifact

Noticed that the tackle and the special attack is not activating the artifact. Not sure if this is intended but its pretty sad since the weapon is good for ice builds

I believe it's kinda intended
At least because of the wording
Nastrond doesn't have a Special attack, it has Tackle which isn't considered special attack, and then Frost relic activation, which also isn't a special attack
And Ice Vine proccs on Special attacks

It might not be exactly intended intended, but it works by Rules as Written

Weird cuz I saw that someone also posted here about the solar/frost bond is also not affecting Skaoi, sooooo is skaoi a frost relic or just a regular normal attack since its not special attack as well. Worst case its just a "weapon attack" which is hard to buff

Oh, wait sorry I remember that frost relic activation works on it as well mb
