Sorry to butt in, but I decided to look into this. According to playstation.com it happened:
"3pm PT" "11pm BST"
Since (according to timeanddate.com) no location is currently using PST (-8), the 3pm refers to PDT (-7), this can be confirmed by how BST (+1) is 8 hours ahead (BST is 8 hours ahead of PDT, but 9 hours ahead of PST).
So the event did not occur at 15:00 PST / 23:00 UTC / 01:00 CEST, but rather at 15:00 PDT / 22:00 UTC / 00:00 CEST.

I have seen many times where people use PST/EST when they actually mean PDT/EDT.

Daylight savings is fun.

Yes, specially since there are regions in CA/US/MX that does not follow DST, say Arizona, this can cause issues whether someone refers to actual MST (Arizona) or if they incorrectly referred to MDT. So some people say that Arizona uses PST during summer ... which is a double error: it's not PST during summer, it's PDT, and Arizona doesn't use PDT but MST.
